Young, vibrant, tasty. Zygzag was love at first sight. Combined with the overall young vibe of Yaroslaviv Val, this place was literally screaming young concept which is welcoming anyone who is open to try sth new, socialize, and just have good time. We managed to not just casually talk to the waiter, but also crack some really funny jokes - that was something really bonding which probably made me so loyal to the place. The menu has a loooot of options for both food and drinks. Don’t expect anything extremely extraordinary, however, none of the dishes is ever boring! Feel free to ask the staff for recommendations- never wrong. Check this place out. When at Yaroslaviv Val. When in Kyiv. Or better, plan (!) your visit there :) P.S.: I definitely miss cherry-banana cold brew. I hope one day when I am back I see this amazing drink on the menu again 🥲 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very cool hip-ish restaurant with very mild hits of past Soviet era. We came here for breakfast. It’s was an awesome breakfast! The portions are big. Food tastes amazing. We found another perfect breakfast spot! We had ginger tea and sea buckthorn tea. Both tasted great! Highly recommended! We came somewhat early and already half of the tables were reserved. So, it you plan to have breakfast shelter then 9am, better call in in advance to reserve the table. They have a full bar. So, I’m sure it is a nice place for dinner and/or drinks as well.

Amazing cocktails and meats. The White Russian is done really well here. We enjoyed the ambiance and music, the wait staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The restaurant area is quite small so be prepared to sit at the bar or wait if you don’t have a reservation. Other than that, it’s amazing place for cocktails!!

Very delicious meal, good service, stable and fast WiFi. The boulgour was way too salty. I told the waitress, no discussion, say sorry, went few minutes later with a normal seasoned dish. I recommend the ginger tea.

Came here on a Friday night for drinks - solid establishment! Good cocktails, friendly staff, and groovy tunes (not a place for people who want to hear DJ Khalid)☝🏼Spirits are good quality, gotta love any place that has Green Chartreuse in more than one cocktail on the menu. Will satisfy both cocktail geeks and those who just want a drink - recommend!

Nice bar and cafe in the historical center of Kyiv. You can have breakfast here in the morning of came by for the cocktail in the evening. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Dishes are tasty and they provide pretty wide variety of own recipe cocktails. The prices is reasonable. They also have a few tables outside. Could be crowded on weekends.

Modern, hip café (and bar in the evenings). Food: really delicious, next to the usual things you’d expect on the menu, they have more special dishes as well. For example cauliflower pancakes. Very delicious! Coffee: it’s really good, could be a tiny bit more special/intense. Service: friendly, English-speaking Interior: hip, modern Location: great location in the middle of Kyiv!

Yet again coming back to the place. Such a cool, cozy and nice place to be for an evening drink. Although busy staff was happy to accommodate without reservation. Delicious starters, tasty lager beer. Well the only downside is one or two customers' dogs are always around, as tables are close to each other and not all customers are pet friendly.
