Really enjoyed our meal. Restaurant was full so we sat at the sushi bar. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. Food was outstanding! Toilets spotless. Price fair. Keep up the good work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got the pork bao bun and the shrimp tempura roll (not pictured). It was good. The highlight of this meal was the duck. It was delicious, fatty, the sauce was good. It was the best duck I have ever had. The sauces on everything were spicy and flavorful. Our entire party of picky eaters gave this experience the highest rating. If you are in Ålesund- this is a must do stop!

This place absolutely lived to the hype. Had the Scallop and Halibut Special Rolls and each bite was a taste into heaven. Finished off with the Lamb Bao which made me speechless in awe of its glory. I can highly recommend this restaurant. The food surprised us - it was delicious and high quality. I enjoyed the Tempura salad very much, but I was also delighted with the Bao buns, the sushi, or the chicken or scallop skewers. Ginger beer, German white wine and organic Ice Tea were the extras that completed everything. But the most important thing was the service - the waiter who served us was professional, gentle and friendly! Everyone was smiling and friendly - even the cooks smiled pleasantly at us. Great sushi place in Ålesund. From nice fresh sashimi, nigiri and sushi cuts, combining traditional salmon, tuna towards halibut-shrimp creations. Let the chefs surprise you with some catch-of-the-day options. Service is really good, friendly and polite. Wine is a little bit expensive (Norway remember!) All and all is a great choice to eat in town.

One of the better sushi restaurants I've visited. Slightly pricey, but nothing to scoff at. You get what you pay for, and it's fresh high-quality sushi. The freshness and taste of the fish is fantastic. I felt the menu could have been a little more creative, but don't let that stop you from paying a visit. I would come back again. Great sushi! We had the japo maki, halibut, spicy scollop and rainbow rolls. We both agreed that the japo and rainbow rolls were the best, but all of them were very good. Maybe the best sushis I had so far. Fishes are incredibly well prepared and fresh fresh fresh. Service is great, we came with a baby and we were placed perfectly to not disturb the people, the service or ourselves. People talk fluently English, and even some French. If welled placed, you can enjoy a nice view with sunset. Thank you for this delicious dinner.
