Stress? Headache? Coffee lover? Come here to relax and release your tension! It has a quiet, cold and calm environment. Nice outside view while watching water foundation. It is located in the middle of Freeport A'Famosa Outlet (need to walk from both entrances which are left end / right end). The parking is always available. Got reserved parking for disable person near the entrances. Seats are comfortable but limited. Drinks and foods are affordable and tasty. Best service so far with friendly baristas. Use Zus apps to drop order easily. (Take away is preferable). Thumbs up for more helpful review. Zus coffee at freeport is the only choices for proper coffee. The cafe is quite cold and clean, but only limited seat and table. We tried : Spanish latte Zirty latte Japanese Genmaicha Latte Cappuccino Double chocalate muffin Korean Mac & Cheese Chicken Slice & Cheese Croissant The recommend still back to the most common cappuccino. Coffee chain store. The app is not user friendly and android pay vouchers unable to redeem. This is not the outlet fault. Its the system. The staff is friendly, helpful and patience guiding on the step. Yet unable to redeem. I've tried in different outlets, both not working, unable to utilise the voucher. Waiting time is longer than the normal coffee take away stores. Taken upto 30mins for our orders of 4 drinks. Location is good, and convenient for traveller and golfer. 💢 Been to many ZUS outlet before but here the service was quite slow. It is a new outlet in Freeport A’Famosa. Great to have a coffee shop in this area. Overall it is just a small out with limited seating. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40

Very awful experience with zus coffee in free port. I’ve been a fan of zus coffee for years but today was the first time I felt so awful with the bad attitude of the staff. I never being rejected in getting a straw in other outlets. But the staff in free port refuse to give me straws. N they start educating me which I felt ridiculously improper for their action. I hope the management will take note on the staff training n customer experience.
