I have not actually bought anything here but seems to be a good place for the Bika Ambon of 2 variants and other pastries. The service as observed was prompt and friendly. A bit difficult to spot the shop but just next to highly popular Hainanese chicken rice stall.

Bika ambon is an Indonesian dessert, made from ingredients such as tapioca flour, eggs, sugar, yeast and coconut milk, and some even use palm wine (tuak) to get the extra flavour. This bakery's bika ambon is mild sweet, fragrant, fluffy and tasty, which is my all time favourite. If you are a sweet tooth, you might not like it.

beda banget sama martabak-martabak lainnya gaes! Adonan martabaknya itu duh ga ngerti deh bilangnya, tebelnya pas texturenya pas, dan ga berminyak. Dari pertama nyoba sampai sekarang paling suka sama adonan yang black. Topingnya banyak pilihan ceres, keju, melt cheese with oreo, dll. Please cobain pake butter wijsman instead of blue band margarine 😭 Emang pricey sih harga untuk topi keju dengan butter wijsman aja 70.000, kalau blue band 50.000 kalau ga salah.
