This establishment does not have gluten free buns so they put my burger on a bed of shredded lettuce with a side of their sauce. The burger was good even with out the patty, but their fries were pretty average. The portion of the fries was a lot! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5

Intellectual Waste

It's a decent meal, it's okay to have. The fries were cooked well and so was the burger and chicken. This is a local restaurant with a few locations but I was a passerby. I may have had better but it's not bad or the worst I've ever had. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been out of the state for a couple years and the first place I wanted to eat was Zips! I had a serious craving and I was not let down! I ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, which came out hot and fresh along with the Tub O Fries. My daughter ordered the Papa Joe. This is the store across from the Broadway Truckstop. Everything from the nice guy at the drive-thru window, to the great cook, to the awesome tartar sauce made my return to Spokane great! I've been to 5x Zips in Spokane and Cd'A, this one is by far the best in terms of chicken strips. They're the only one I've been to that puts on seasoning salt on the whole basket, the chicken/fries are ALWAYS crispy and they don't charge for extra dips. Speaking of dip, this location also has the best tartar sauce, hands down.

Ordered a cookie dough hurricane, the guy made a milk shake, with a straw, with whip cream on it. I said this is not a hurricane, he argued and said thats how we make them, i said its suppose to be similar to a blizzard or a mcflurry, he continued to argue and said no we are nothing like them. The guy with a bug afro was an amazing man. There is no way he is just an employee making minimum wage! I hope he is where he belongs for that place. That guy should be the manager! He was just a delight and more of a help than anyone there! Such a sweet guy with amazing attitude and behavior. Oh what a hard worker!

I got two fishwitch's and a large fry. Food was fresh and hot but the lettuce was rusty and the extra tartar sauce is kept at room temperature. Would I eat here again? No. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I wanted to like this place, it's got great character, but there are two things that really killed my experience. First of all, a simple burger combo with some cheese sticks was $18. I could go to a very nice restaurant for that price. It was good, but not wonderful. Not worth that much. Second, I had to stop for an emergency bathroom break about an hour down the road. I was lucky that there was a truck stop nearby when it hit me, or else I don't know what I would have done. I have a very strong stomach and I can put down and digest almost anything, but my bowels were very unhappy with me after eating here. Your mileage may vary but I don't think l'll be coming back.

This Zips is not a good place, they are closed at 7pm across from the Flying J truck stop????? Does that make sense?
