I absolutely love the drinks and employees at Ziggys but the location at Madison and 34 is HORRIBLE. There’s only one exit and you can only go one way when you turn out. I have to go to the nearest street and turn around every time I visit. Can y’all just move your orange cone in the parking lot so we can exit that way? Maybe even add some concrete so it’s not a curb? You have the ability to make this location much more accessible with minimal effort and money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I went in for my free coffee today. I got to the end of my coffee and I had about a tablespoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. Gross! I just went to get a free coffee that was offered to me by the store manager of another location and they would not honor at this location. She wanted to charge me half the price and she was super rude! He accused me of lying, and then I had to play the voicemail for her from the general store manager offering me a free drink. I realized that I called the wrong location when complaining and Jenna at the West Eisenhower location still honored her offer after I told her I called the wrong location to complain. I went here and wanted a coffee close to the snowcapped rocky that human bean sells. The lady didn't know what that was, but took it up on herself and googled it. She made me the best cup of coffee!!! Thank you great customer service ❤️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So thankful for them having Gluten-Free options! They are my go to when I am running errands and need a snack. Their chai (esp egg nog chai) is the best of all the drive-thrus in town. Service is always great and I don't think I have ever left without a smile! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really like the coffee, but I think it’s weird that if you don’t want ice that water out the coffee that they don’t fill up the coffee, which makes me want to go back to Starbucks. But the coffee is really good! Service: 5

I ordered pumpkin spice cold coffee on Monday at this address. It tasted awful (like medicine) and I couldn’t drink it. It was a large…I went through this drive through and asked for a substitute drink as I was afraid another duplicate pumpkin coffee would be as bad. The assistant mgr and the general mgr said they wouldn’t do this as it was store policy. I explained it wasn’t drinkable. They were unfriendly, so I went to Ziggies on Split Rock and relayed my disappointment. The mgr immediately gave me an equivalent drink in a perfect flavor along with a gift card. She said that’s just not right what the coffee shop on Eisenhower did. Today I returned to the one on Eishenhower told them what the other Ziggies did for me and they curtly told me they don’t have the same owner and would not do anything different. Both were unfriendly again and condescending. I will not return to that store ever. Customer service is needed bad,y there…. Coffee is great but the matcha tea latte could use improvement. I’ve ordered it a few different times and each time it tastes like I’m drinking green water. I won’t be ordering that drink anymore.

Always friendly, and cheaper than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Also, quicker in my experience because they don’t have the same brand recognition as the other two. I’ve been stuck in a 45 minute line at Dutch Bros, and I’ve paid $7 for for a small nitro at Starbucks. Both situations are outrageous. The only reason this Ziggi’s doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the absurd way to get in and out of the place. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
