Bad start when the staff greets your party of six to point out there’s an automatic 18% gratuity. We hadn’t finished walking through the door and they already worried about a tip. It’s presumptuous to think your food and service warrants that. (It didn’t.)
Food was overcooked, oversauced, and mostly ordinary. The sushi here is grocery store grade and an embarrassment to Japanese cuisine.
Normally I tip 20%, every time. But I kept with the auto-charge of 18% because of the lousy food and service (waitress never refilled drinks and brought over the check before we were done).
I’m sorry if your business has been screwed in the past, but don’t assume everyone who walks through the door is the same. We’ll spend our $100+ somewhere else next time.

We walked in at 6:30pm, had a movie starting at 7:00pm. We walked out of there at 6:55pm! It was so fast, so good! The Gyoza was piping hot and so crunchy, delicious! The Ahi Tower and Snapper Heaven were also delicious! We also got the Heart Attack, but I didn't get a photo. Recommend everything!

The sushi roll variety was pretty good. Though a lot of the rolls included crab stick prepared in many ways. The service was super friendly and thoughtful. One thing for certain they are very busy with Togo, call in, and third-party delivery services. Bags lined up and organized for pick up.
Three of us dined in, and each of us found something we wanted to try. I say "Try" because it was our first time to eat at Zena Sushi. We were delighted with the service, and the chefs were pretty fast. The sushi rolls were flavourful, so if someone wants to try these contemporary and specialty rolls, you won't be disappointed.

When I'm stressed and overwhelmed by anything in life I come here. Order a cup of green tea and relax. Bento boxes are good value and wait staff has been nothing but nice. Seriously give this little place a try.

Not too bad. Ikura was fresh, which is an important sign, as it goes bad easily. Hamachi was good. Nori was a little stale, ginger pickle was a little too spicy, and salad dressing wasn’t typical (and not quite as good as the usual Japanese dressing). The California roll wasn’t the usual either. I’m guessing the restaurant is not Japanese owned. But, overall, ok. Certainly not the best you can get. Good value, because it was on sale. Too expensive at list prices online.

The sushi was ok, taste was fine. However the cuts on the Alaskan roll were thin. I have seen much thicker cuts at many other restaurants. Service was great.
