The best way to describe the interior is moist something felt weird about the place in the middle of the day but the food was good enough to really ignore that. Definitely in the pricey side of things certainly didn't feel like I was ordering 30 bucks worth of food and the serving size didn't look like 30 bucks worth of food but it easily tasted like 50 bucks of food it was pretty good. My only complaint on the food is that they use a very watery comeback sauce so my gyro disintegrated itself and the wrapping paper it was served in and fell apart which was pretty annoying but nobody in Mississippi is unfamiliar with eating with their fingers so it wasn't the end of the world by any means. This place is really good! I think it is as good as keifers. I got the gyro with the cottage fries. I always get feta sauce on my gyros instead of tzatziki. I think that the feta sauce is way better. Cottage fries are ok I like regular fries better because the cottage fries aren’t very crispy. First time at this place the ordering was fast. The table was extremely sticky and the restaurant had an odd smell to it . After looking around you can tell why. This place is not clean at all… You can see half the kitchen from the dining area and the floors in the dining area to the kitchen were nasty not just dirt from the day, but it’s been there for a looonng time nasty. Walls in kitchen and appliances were so dirty. Then we were brought our food no utensils were given. And to top it off where we were sitting you can see the peeled cucumbers were sitting out in the open and next to them the girls phone with her big water cup from home she was drinking from and sat down next to the food. Then underneath the food was their book-bag with their Newport’s showing. If I had seen any of this before ordering I wouldn’t have. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
Great taste and friendly service. The prices are a little higher for the portion sizes and the "fast-food feel", and the woman's restroom was out of order. The place could use a redesign, remodel (weird layout & a bit cramped), but in spite of all that, the gyro was one of the best I have ever tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. If you are in the mood for Greek, you'll enjoy the gyro. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I was so excited to try this place, only to realize the food was a let down. especially for the price you pay. the bacon and cheese fries were a very small portion and the way that the cheese was melted onto the fries was terrible and plastic-y. I tried the pepperjack gyro and it was just okay. we also got hummus and the hummus was good, but their pitas are very soft. the only real redeeming quality of this place was the fact that the employees were nice. My friend wanted to do dinner tonight, so we decided on Zeek's. I got the chicken gyro, it was stuffed! The pita was amazingly soft and slightly chewy, held up really well without getting soggy whatsoever. My chicken was extremely moist, the cut was thick, the tzatziki sauce wasn't overly tangy, just how I like my gyros. My friend ordered the Jr. Greek salad. She didn't care for the vinaigrette that came with it, but I actually liked it. Had a little sweet taste to it, reminded me of balsamic vinaigrette, but thinner. She wasn't a huge fan of the hummus, said it wasn't tangy enough, but LOVED the pickled veggies that were in her salad. I prefer my hummus thick and less tangy and tart, so I really enjoyed the hummus. She said it's more Americanized Greek food, if so, I think I like Americanized Greek food haha. Clean place, service was quick. They have a small outdoor seating area. Freebie of the month. If you enter their mailing list, they give freebies every month with your gyro purchase. This month was the mozzarella pita bread with feta dressing!
I just had the most bizarre experience here. My mom and I ordered the same item- the pita mozz shrimp. However, on our separate tickets, mine was entered as the pita mozz steak & shrimp minus the shrimp. I didn’t learn this until later, which I’ll explain. When they brought my mom’s to her, it had 6 shrimp on it- looked normal. She asked me if I had the pizza mozz steak and shrimp, and I answered that was not what I ordered. She proceeded to argue with me. Then, she brought out a pita mozz with shrimp that had 4 shrimp. It was obvious that the steak had been pulled off of it. That was bizarre, itself bc it didn’t look very appetizing. I asked her if I was going to get the same amount of shrimp as the identical order my mom had, still puzzled at the service I was receiving. She went back to the kitchen, came back and told me that my mom was only supposed to have 5, so I needed to take one of hers. What?!? I just stared a second and then, repeated back to her what she had said to m. She said, yes, just take one of hers. So I sheepishly took one of my mom’s shrimp. Then, we both died laughing bc it was so crazy! 😝 We had already paid, and I had a feeling they would not cooperate if I asked for my money back. So we ate our food, laughing nearly the whole time and left. I’ll never go back. By the way, I ordered marinated cucumbers. They were $8! For about one medium cucumber! Laughing, but still mad!😡 😂 REPLY: For some reason, I cannot respond to the owner’s comment, so I’m adding to the review. There were only 3 workers there that day and the waitress went back to the kitchen several times, so it appeared that she was asking either you or the chef what to do. I would assume she asked management. You could still make this situation right, also. I would start with an apology and offer a refund. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Zeek’z is one of those places that has great food but lacks in hospitality, cleanliness, and wait. Let me start out and say the food was spot on, but to wait 25 mins for 3 Gyros is a little crazy. It is this very odd feel of ordering your own food from a kiosk which has appetizers on it but you will not get those until you get the rest of your food. With delivery service only to your table it definitely has sit down full service prices. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Hang on to your hats! I have had Zeeks a few times when driving that direction and thought it was a decent sub for Keifers - not as popular and crowded, either. Tonight I have grown kids in town craving Keifers to go, but I chose Zeeks for a shorter drive. Big mistake. Here was my order: Gyro Gyro Salad Gyro - no tomatoes Gyro - just meat Almost famous gyro - don’t wrap so we can cook the onion (not open face - just regular) Gyro - don’t wrap so we can cook the onion (not open face - just regular) Feta dressing All pitas whole wheat Fine, not too complicated right? I specifically asked what “open face” for $3.25 extra was when I called and was told you get a little more stuff on it, but no more meat, so I said, I do not want that - can you just not wrap them. Sure, she said. When I checked out, I noticed the 2 unwrapped pitas had a 3.25 upcharge EACH. I asked the cashier and she said that was the only way to ring them up. I said, so you can’t just get a regular pita unwrapped, and she said she didn’t know why but had to charge for open face, even though we did not get anything more than in a regular pita. Then she said she didn’t get why they charged so much for a little more lettuce/tomato to begin with. Hey, girl - same here! I politely asked to speak to the manager and she brought a bland, lifeless guy over. I explained (nicely) to him that this was not what I ordered. He said, well we had to ring it up as open face cause it is more labor. I said -slighlty bemused - so it is harder to NOT layer, fold and wrap it in paper than it is to just drop it in a box. “Yea” he said, “it is”. K. I told him I specifically asked about getting it unwrapped but NOT open faced and he said “huh”. I explained I was not happy paying an extra $6.50 for nothing and he said (lol) You got something - look at all that food. I said “Dude, I could have gotten 2 fries, a beer, or an app for that $6.50”. No response. He said well you got a little salad with it. I open the box (see pics) and there is ½ cup lettuce included - what I'd expect on the reg gyro. I pointed out this is not a “salad” and he said it should have had cucumber and tomatoes. I commented I saw neither and he said, you didn’t want tomatoes. Nope, I asked for no tomatoes on ONE gyro. The guy is unphased and unapologetic. Offers no compromise. I thanked him and left, but added as I left that I hated it but was going to have to revise my reviews and no longer recommend him. Fine by him! I said, ok, would you share the owner’s name as I’d like to email them and he said it was him (Shaun). Well then, no wonder the service was so bad when the owner has 0 interest in customer service. When I got home ,we found we had 3 whole wheat pitas, not 5 and other little omissions. Dang it, I wanted a quick sub for the classic Keifers, but Zeek’s is not it. Also, sort the ratings by lowest first - not sure how they can have a 4 star rating with SO many 1 and 2 stars, not to mention the majority of the high ratings have no comments - just a rating. Hmm.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. People who ordered after us had eaten and left before we even got our food. When asked about our food, it was a rude response. Then 2 items were missing from our order and not once was an apology given. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
