Update: Moved the star rating to 1 in response to the owner’s comment. Ordered a large Puget Pounder and a medium Hawaiian. A large is an extra large at most places and a medium is a large in terms of size. Overall, the pizza was ok. Crust had some crisp and the toppings were plentiful. I would compare it to just about any other local pizza joint. The three stars are for the price compared to the quality. The Large was a whopping thirty-six dollars and two pizzas were over seventy bucks out the door. Their marketing team has done a great job building hype where quality lacks. Server Makenzie was relaxed, friendly and super efficient with our 12 top group that trickled in. The timing of food and beverage was so steady and smooth not to mention the pizza! Dine in folks. No box. Their perfect crispy crust, flavors, and careful toppings deserve oven to table experience. It took a full minute to serve the first slice because the cheese thread was so long! Woohoo! Order about $80 worth of pizza @ 4pm I knew it would take longer than the hour said on the website but 615 rolls around and still no pizza. Call 3 times before I get through to a person, placed on hold for an addition 5 mins just to find they didn’t even make it yet. Do not offer delivery if you can’t do it. I placed an order at 4:01 pm, delivery time said 1 hour. When I called at 6:20 pm they said my order hadn’t even gone out yet. No apologies and no one even called to say that the wait would be 2+ hours. I will never order from here again. Service: 1

Fantastic service from Mackenzie! The pizza was great, toppings fresh and plentiful. Mackenzie even made some great recommendations to make it even better. The kitchen made a small pizza by mistake, so she gave it to us anyway, while the kitchen made the medium we had ordered. So we didn't have to go hungry. 5 stars!!!
