Drive through was quick and polite. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food tasted fine, was kinda sloppy I'm appearance, but it didn't effect the taste. Making a left back out of parking lot could be difficult at certain times of the day. Overall a solid 4 stars. One of the staff in the back of the kitchen was fussing at a girl who was packing to-go orders because she forgot to "call-out" a funnel cake for a mobile order. (It was my mobile order & I wasn't in a rush.) I get the staff wanting to have things called out to know what to prepare in a timely fashion, but she didn't have to threaten to write the girl up for it. Super unprofessional in front of customers. The young lady taking the orders at the front register was really nice though, I wish I'd gotten her name. Everything’s alright, just don’t ask for extra seasoning. You won’t get it. The last 10 times, on 10 separate occasions, I’ve asked I got no seasoning. I called the manager and asked for a reason why this has happened and he just responded, “all I can say is I’m sorry, the seasoning is free”. Free means nothing if YOU DON’T GET IT. I just wanted a reason for repeatedly not getting it. But he just kept trying to talk over me and was rude; to which I responded, in a rude manner. Managers should work to deescalate confrontations not create one from the beginning, by having a sarcastic tone. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First off the lady in the drive through was so nonchalant. You can tell she didn’t want to be there. My husband’s wings were cold, and his toast was stale! My chicken sandwich didn’t have the sauce nor the pickles!!! I get it’s a Saturday night but if the customers don’t like their jobs they should just quit! Went thru the drive thru tonight got 3 meals for 45 dollars .ordered traditional wings and a Cobb salad no eggs . Wings were wrong got bones had to go inside to get that fixed got home an realized my salad had eggs on it . Got 3 meals two out of the 3 were wrong . We stopped by on on our way through town. They weren't busy and the staff was friendly. We ordered several different foods and most were fine.
