Not the best photo but the sandwich and sides were delicious and really good value. Could barely finish it and it was surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving bbq. It was my first time at the food truck pavilion so if you’re like me and worried about the weather there’s a nice indoor space you can eat at too!

This dude whips up some killer food. Tri Tip, pulled pork, brisket, burgers, all of it is absolutely amazing. Almost as awesome as Zach himself. I got The POM and it was so much food for the price. My wife says it is the best Mac and cheese. If you are looking for a some tasty BBQ, Zach's Smoke Shack might become your favorite too Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Zach is awesome! (and so is the food!) We have eaten here many times and the food is always excellent. The pulled pork is killer. We just had Zach cater our 100+ person wedding and he did an amazing job. Everyone at the wedding loved the food! He had it totally handled, zero stress for us. Thanks again Zach! Food: 5 Service: 5

Had the Pom Burger, had no pictures, ate it too fast. Burger cooked perfectly, pork juicey and delish. Tri tip good but alittle fatty. All together topped with amazing house made bbq sauce. Mac n cheese was good and beans. The guys were great and friendly. Fast service. If you ever catch me walking and smiling randomly it’s probably because I’m thinking about the double bacon cheese burger I just had a Zack’s Smoke Shack… no frills or gimmicks just great meat, thick cut bacon, and wonderfully melted cheese. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome people with fantastic food. Ate there two days in a row while we were in town and oh man is this some good stuff. Sauce is perfect with some sweetness and a little spice. Meat was all good and flavorful. The beans were a whole different level and the pineapple coleslaw was off the charts! By far some of the best BBQ and sides I've ever had. Will definitely be stopping here whenever we are in town. Veteran owned as well. Prices are fair too considering the amount of delicious food you get. Well worth it!
