This authentic Japanese restaurant is like Hidden Gem in the Bowling Green area. There is no hibachi menu with the cooking show, but it impresses customers solely with its taste. We arrived before this restaurant opened, and there was already a long line. So I could see that this restaurant was popular enough. If you like Japanese food and are driving on I-65, I recommend stopping by this place to try some delicious food. If you are in need of some authentic izakaya style Japanese food, Yuki is the place to go. The atmosphere is exciting but not overwhelming, which is perfect for a traditional Japanese pub feel. The food is excellent and Yuki has hands down the best quality sushi in the area. Price points can be a little higher depending on what you get, but the sushi is quality. As for me, one of the highlights of Yuki is the Katsudon. It is such a warm and cozy dish, and Yuki is really the only Japanese restaurant around that I know of to have this on the menu. All in all, it’s a wonderful restaurant. Whether you want to sit down and enjoy a meal for one at the sushi bar, or with a group over a round of drinks, Yuki is always a good time.
