My sisters really liked this place, so one of them brought me over. First time trying, and I thought it was ok! I got the peach snow top. It tasted like normal whipped cream on top as the snow top. I’d imagine it would be ice cream but it wasn’t. It also was not too sweet, so I guess it’s just nice. My sister liked her coconut milk with purple rice and red bean. I think it was good too! Our favorite place to get the pancakes and bubble tea. My favorite flavor/option is the peach soda pop. We also had calamari, fries, popcorn chicken and wings and everything was good. First time trying Yifang and I got the brown sugar milk tea with cheese foam. It was not as sweet as I thought it would have been but it was smooth and creamy enough. The place was nice, inviting, and clean. There are lots of choices for snacks too. Found out that there are other locations throughout Seattle! But I like this location as it is close to other eateries. Will definitely come back to try other drinks and possibly snacks that they have. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

This place is still working on their full menu available, but the drinks are decent! I liked the flavors, especially fruit teas! Yet pearl was a bit hard to chew. Nicely decorated and spacious indoor. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Nice and cozy looking interior. Limited seating due to the pandemic but it wasn’t busy when we came in and were able to sit down to wait for take out. I think Max occupancy is around 80 people. Should see more seating when things get back to normal. You can order and pay via touch screen up front but the cashier will be more than happy to help if you have questions. My tea came out great. I was expecting it to be too sweet but it was actually balanced pretty well. Like others have said, some items are missing from the menu but they’re still in the soft opening phase so shouldn’t be too long until they’re at 100% EDIT: Came back again for more and staff were really helpful. I wasn’t trying to test them but they went the full course explaining about a flavor I had in mind. I also asked about when they’re planning to serve food which I’m sure they’ve been asked about numerous times but the response was really friendly and informative and not just a simple no not yet. So the service is great, how are the drinks? Great I took a photo this time. The fruit is blended really well, temperature was nice and cold and I wasn’t left with a chunks of ice at the end. Other chains you can notice the artificial flavoring throughout the drink but didn’t have that experience with Yifang. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Bread is very delicious and makes it right away. There is a part that is regrettable because there are too few contents in bread. Hot bubble tea was given at a good temperature to drink, so it was good because it was not burned.
