How can people be this kind!? We ducked into Fair Lady coffee house during heavy rain. The owners and staff welcomed us warmly, gave us the comfortable sofa seats despite how drenched we were, and even fetched us paper towels and a hairdryer to dry off. What followed was a peaceful tasting of lovingly brewed coffee. You can tell that the staff love what they do, and will happily discuss all things coffee if you're keen to hear. Thank you for the hospitality, and the many cups of coffee :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to relax. The Rose/Peach tea was really rich in flavour! The young, talented and humble barista made me two versions of ice filtered coffee using Alisan beans, one with ice, one just cold without ice. Both were excellent, but I preferred the one without ice, is really really something out of the world. Worth visiting if you are in Hualien!

The coffee beans are self prepared are brewed on the spot. The atmosphere and decor are nice and relaxing and the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee.

感謝弟弟跟我們回花蓮老家最後一天時，找到了這家隱身在巷弄中，有質感的咖啡店，ㄧ進門映入眼簾的就是優雅的奧黛麗赫本和富有情調的吧台，感覺店主是個非常優雅知性且有堅持的人，店內佈置非常有個人風格，連咖啡杯組也都是日本知名的品牌，店內品項偏少，走精品咖啡風格，咖啡深醇順口香味極濃，肉桂捲店長說用了3種酵母揉製，非常濕潤紮實香味十足 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 肉桂捲

走到咖啡廳門口先被前庭的花木吸引再來是滿屋赫本的身影，一隻叫happy的狗喜歡趴在門口迎賓座位不多溫馨精緻咖啡不錯我點了花神順口有餘香遺憾的是用餐時間這裡仍然只提供咖啡茶飲與少量糕點坐在這裡是舒服的有時間值得消磨時光。 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

無意間發現位在美崙巷弄中的咖啡店，「伊萊莎咖啡館」，優雅有品味的裝潢風格，原本被店外碩大的鹿角蕨所吸引，但入內有的是更多的驚喜，座位不多、但溫暖的燈光，悅耳放鬆的音樂、舒服味道的香氛、實木家具，馬上擄獲我的心。接下來手沖咖啡和手作甜點更是滿意。香橙磅蛋糕表現超級水準，一上桌橙子的香氣撲鼻而來，香橙果肉飽滿、蛋糕體濕潤爽口，邊緣帶點酥脆，是一道療癒人心的甜點。喜歡品嚐咖啡的人一定不能錯過這家咖啡館，每個咖啡品項都是老闆娘親自烘焙，咖啡豆都有不同的獨特香氣，此次選擇蜜桃香氣的咖啡豆，很好喝。咖啡沖泡師還提供了許多咖啡豆的免費試喝，對於不常喝咖啡的我，還出現了咖啡醉，據說是喝了好的咖啡豆就會有想睡的反應、我想，應該是環境太舒服了。 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

整家店的環境非常舒適自在，戶外植栽讓人一踏入就先放鬆了不少。店內以木質調跟沉穩藍為背景的裝潢，加上各種擺設讓人感受到典雅溫馨的氛圍，是個非常適合享受愜意時光的好去處。老闆跟老闆娘非常熱情。老闆負責沖咖啡，會先很細心地詢問喜歡的酸度、調性，因為我不太敢喝咖啡所以選擇拿鐵，味道一樣非常細緻，絲毫不馬虎。老闆特別招待沖了比較淡的咖啡，入口竟然非常滑順好喝，有咖啡香氣但不苦澀。老闆娘做的提拉米蘇外圈加上手指餅乾。手指餅乾內圈吸附一些提拉米蘇內的咖啡液，更為濕潤之外，也讓原先較為單調的提拉米蘇多了一層口感，搭配得宜，非常令人滿足。在這邊要特別大推布朗尼!!!!真的是我吃過最扎實、香醇、濃厚的布朗尼，如果有來一定要記得點!跟咖啡是絕配!我完全捨不得吃掉最後一口~ 店內有時候會有不同口味的餅乾，謝謝闆娘特別烤給我們吃。當天吃到的有香蔥培根跟巧克力莎莎口味，都是平常比較少見的組合，烤的時候香氣就不斷散發出來。餅乾味道非常強烈，一片餅乾中兩種味道各自精采，也結合的相得益彰，大家如果去到店內別忘了問看看老闆娘有沒有手工餅乾，配咖啡也非常適合，可以更讓餅乾的尾韻停留在口中更久。如果數量足夠也可以買整包回家吃! 總而言之是間非常令人放鬆自在的小店，推薦給大家找個午後來坐坐，享受花蓮的美好時光~ Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
