I love clean eating. The food nourished my body, I had energy all day. This was bought at Ser Fresco Deli .. Curry Crab & Dumplings is no longer a Must Have when in Tobago.

Delicious, fresh, healthy food. Open in the morning for breakfast. She was serving bodi, sada bake, smoke fish, cassava delight, lentil stew, and five finger juice when we visited. I had the bodi, smoke fish, sada bake, and five finger juice. It was delicious and only about 60 TT. Highly recommend. Be advised, no coffee available :)

Get the five finger juice--it is so delicious! The food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Lots of vegetables, some fish, and the wait wasn't long. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
