We like the BBQ Pork here they are tender and juicy! Just like what we used to have in Hong Kong. We also ordered the soy sauce chicken and the salt baked chicken. They are not bad! We had the coconut soup but probably not recommend it as the flavor was not standing out probably the coconut was cooked for too long.

It is fun if you have it once in a while All the dishes we ordered are pretty tasty However they are heavily seasoned Very packed during lunch time It is an above average Hong Kong / Sichuan joint Not cheap though, lunch for 5 cost $170 with mandatory tip Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Authentic Chinese food!!! The flavor is exactly the same as the dish in China. The fish is tender and the pickled vegetable is the right balance. Today 11/10/2021 I came to Fusion Pot and it is REOPEN. I was very exited about it reopening its doors. I really love this place, is elegant, clean, modern affordable and the staff is very nice. I encourage people to try it. Food is good and always fresh, very clean and high quality. There are handicap tables and bathrooms. Kids friendly and very safe. they have chairs for toddlers and will made arrangements for babies. bathrooms are nice and clean.

First time here for hot pot. We got the pig stomach soup base. The soup actually tastes pretty good. Food variety is quite abundant. Aside from the raw stuff, they also offered cooked items as well. Price wise, it's actually not that bad compared to other hot pot places in Fremont or Milpitas. This is a nice surprise. I was really hungry so I forgot to take pics until toward the end. They were quite accomdating too, we stayed at least 30 mins after closing and they didn't bother us at all. Definitely recommend it all y'all hotpot fans. It definitely caters more to the Cantonese crowd more so keep that in mind when you go.

We had bad experience having lunch here on a Sunday. I and my wife went inside, there was only one table had been served with 2 adults and 2 children. After had us seated about 5 min they started take an order. We ordered pot that had half spicy and half non spicy, 1 disk of slice angus beef, 1 disk of slice lamb, 1 disk of shrim, 1 frisk of fish ball, 1 disk mushrooms, 1 disk of tofu, 1 portion cauliflower, 1 watercress and 1 rice noodle. All ingredients were acceptable of freshness. The taste of both the broths were OK same like other hot pot restaurants, of course broth contented lot of MSG but it's OK with us. Here was the bad. We were having lunch, almost cleaned out foods on the table but still then a waiter brought out the tab and placed it on our table. About 5-10 minutes later that waiter came again, open the tab and asked, are you done? I looked up at him then looked down the table which some foods still on the table, I didn't say a word and continuing my lunch. After I signed the tab, that waiter took the tab with him went back to his counter then the light at our table was turned off......I and my wife speechless..... Another, they automatically charged us the tip, 15%. I called the waiter and asked, he said: it's the service charge. There will not a second time for us to go to here and anyone I know will be warned.

The food was great. The service could use improvement . The staff was nice but did not explain the details that could have improved our dining experience. We did tell the person that seated us ,,it was our first time there. Did I mention the food was great?

Be aware of fraudulent charge on your bill! This restaurant selects tips without your consent, and taxes you on the tip! See our receipt in picture. The owner refused to take corrective action when we confronted her. We have reported this to tax administration as this is likely a fraudulent activity the additional amount is charged as tax that customer shouldn’t pay, and the amount may be subject to tax evasion as it can go to restaurant’s pocket without paying tax. When we confronted the owner, she acknowledged that they did the same for all customers. Please avoid visiting this restaurant or report them if you have similar experience!
