4/5 white ramen - broth has good flavor and is rich. My main concern is that there should have been more meat for the price. But it’s a normal portion of meat for ramen.

Ramen with White Soup
Tasty, fast, and easy!
You order by the machine that’s near the entrance, and wait until there is an available table. Once you have an available table and sit down, you can give your receipt to the waiter and they’ll start making your meal.
The white broth is so delicious.

I order fish soup ramen and choose the mid saltiness and less oil, the over all taste is super good not salty and oily compare to other but still keep the fish and aroma flavor. After line up for a whole, waiter will call you in then order at a ordering machine. The service and cooking are so fast. Consider this is a small place , it is suitable for individual or a small group (2-4 people)
This is a bowl of ramen made by the excellent chef. Highly recommend to order the one with limited edition in Gu-ting store, my friend and me finished our bowl in only 15 mins. Hopefully I have time to re-visit many times. Such a great ramen shop!
The restaurant is quite popular and they don’t have many tables, so be prepared to wait. Food is ordered by self order machine and it only takes cash. Staff is very friendly. And most importantly, the food. Pork bone stewed base has always been my favorite ramen type, and I really like theirs. I ordered the lighter one so the soup wasn’t too salty nor too greasy. Overall, a nice place to have Japanese ramen if you don’t mind waiting.
If you go at lunch, the first thing you notice is the large hissing pressure cooker in the corner of the shop. It's quite menacing; some patrons asked to be reseated away from it. It also warns of the ridiculous richness of this ramen; this is by far the richest ramen I've had anywhere. It's certainly good, but pretty much every time I eat here, I get a stomach ache the day after. The next time I go I'm planning on asking for less oil and back fat. The soup is very porky, rich, and creamy; it feels like biting into a chunk of pork belly. Finely chopped pork back fat (seabura) permeates every spoonful, giving the soup a viscosity that you don't get in many shops. Normally, the ramen comes with thick noodles, but I recommend asking for thin noodles. They're better suited to carrying the soup and fat with each slurp. The noodles are on the softer side of my preference (I prefer slightly firmer noodles) but are still pretty good. The toppings here are great. The lettuce is the perfect texture and has good shape for scooping soup and fat. Green onions and minced onions cut through the fattiness occasionally, but there isn't actually that much so the ramen is still ridiculously rich. The chashu is cold, quite lean and tender, good for soaking in the soup then biting once it heats up a little. It balances with and adds texture to the the richness below.
Their sea flavor is very good. It uses the same tonkotsu broth as the standard bowl but adds either niboshi, katsuobushi, or both to it, sort of like a tonkotsu gyokai soup. The flavor is primarily tonkotsu but with a strong accent of fish flavors. I asked for this bowl to have less oil, and though it was still very oily and thick, it was balanced enough for me to finish the soup. Yamaarashi also serves tsukemen, and I feel like this sea soup is very suited to being tsukemen because of its higher salinity.
This is your proof that you don’t need to go to Japan to eat good ramen. The white soup ramen is insanely good. And you can simply order from the machine
Very flavorful Japanese ramen and with lots of meat which I really love, we will definitely come back

Chashu Men with White Soup
Rich flavored ramen with ultra thick broth. Chewy noodles, plentiful of cabbage. Weren't long wait to eat. I do like thick ramen however I think it can be a little too much for me. Would ask for less next time. Will come next time for sure.
