First visit to this famous restaurant. It was pretty much what I expected. Cavernous, loud, unending dining halls, lightning-fast service. The drinks were fine, the side dishes were what you'd expect from mass production. Chicken was excellent. Steak not really worth it, stick with the chicken. Absolutely great environment, have any here since I was a kid. Excellent for anyone of all ages. They also have a gift shop with a lot of wonderful items as well as a bar with fudge. They serve unlimited chicken, pasta, and french fries, as well as steak and a few other items there. The staff is always attentive and friendly. They're also very quick to clean up and clear the area for other guests that are inbound. Always a great time coming here. French fries were good, chicken was so dried up it was like eating sawdust and where else can you go to have all you can eat BROWN SALAD that actually tastes like the inside of a metal refrigerator. I was so grossed out by the salad no more. The manager said really? Our waiter was exceptional and for us located the secret lettuce from a different box as he put it that was better. I do love the little store they have in there very unique. They were covid aware which gave them an extra star. I don’t understand the good reviews?

Fantastic place to come with family! Came here last weekend with my parents and boyfriend and everyone loved it! Brought my own miracle whip and mayonnaise which is important since that is not provided. Ketchup and malts vinegar are provided though. You can basically eat as much oven roasted chicken, French fries, bread, pasta with marinara and salad as you'd want. The food is delicious! Chicken is nice and juicy! French fries are fresh and crispy. Great customer service throughout the whole meal. Staff was kind and attentive. The gift shop is really neat, you can find all sorts of fun and strange gifts there. This restaurant is very good! This is a good place for larger parties and the food is delicious. I personally love the salad and bread, but their chicken and fries are perfect as well. Even if you are a vegetarian you will love it here because the Salad, fries, bread, and pasta are all so fresh and delicious you could eat them all day! This is our all time favorite restaurant to go too and we try to go once a month! All you can eat "Fall off the bone" chicken and unlimited salad, French fries, pasta and rolls for a great price! We have been coming here at least 53 years! You will not be disappointed I promise!! They also have a gift shop with a lot of beautiful stuff and sell fudge too! Food was good - as always! Service was good, as always. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of this incredible inconvenience -> no changing tables in the men’s room? C’mon now. Special thank you to the young female employee that needed to clear the women’s bathroom on a busy Sunday and stand guard for me just so I could change our son’s diaper. You’d think that in 2023 a family restaurant would be willing to spend the small amount of money to remedy this situation but, nope! Still no changing table. Where do you expect men to take care of their kids “like women do?” The dining room? The men’s bathroom floor…? Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Visited with my mom and younger children and had a nice family dinner. Our waitress was nice but was busy helping other tables since it was a busy Saturday. The prices for all you can eat are reasonable. If you had a big group, this place would be an excellent spot for a get-together. I felt bad for the waitress because a table across from us gave her an issue about not being able to take the 2nd serving home for leftovers. I understand its policy, but maybe have a little sign on the table explaining the policy so employees don't have to deal with rude customers. The gift shop is amazing and my girls could spend hours just looking around.
