As an avid customer of them during their woodfire pizza days. Today is my first visit to their new premise with my father.
I read regarding their poor service from the crew, but wasn't expecting it to be this bad.
Firstly waitress who served us was unclear of she needed to do, she told us medium well was 3% cooked until I corrected her. While waiting for the dishes to serve, server never made an effort to serve the drinks we ordered earlier on. She was on her phone. When asked, she was stunned and proceed to serve us our drink, which is wrong. Drinks weren't even pour for us, she just left the drinks for us to serve ourselves.
On to the food, I must say the potion are satisfactory. But seasoning wise it's just too salty for our taste. We can actually taste the salt that were not melted on the steak. 3 out of 4 of our dishes were very salty.
Lastly it also become a hassle when I wanted to pay, I have to repeat twice to the cashier I wanted to pay using cash. No amount was shown on the screen, and cashier are just too soft for me to hear her. I asked her twice again before I knew how much should I pay.
Overall my experience there today was just not good, I would be more understanding if it's full house. However it is not, sadly I won't be returning again. All the best with your business and I hope someday you guys are able to improve.

Very good food, quite comfy place also. Service was just a bit slow but it was also a full service so it's understandable. Menu has good variety of western cuisines and the mushroom soup is very nice.

Pretty occupied with customers on a Monday night. Despite the fact, service crews were quite fast in sending our orders. All the food was served warm. Left with an overstretched belly to go without putting a dent in my wallet.

Go to this restaurant twice time in a week.Honestly the food does take a while to be served, but for me delicious food worth the wait . Some more this restaurant has just opened , I think they will do better in the future . I will definitely come again !
