The truth is that you will really enjoy perfectly cooked chicken wings and tasty rolls. It's nice to taste good beer. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Most guests mark that employees are hospitable at Wingstop. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

placed an order a month ago when i was given the wrong order by the worker as mentioned by michelle in an earlier review. the situation was not rectified and was personally blamed by that worker for picking up the wrong bag even though she handed the bag to us. additionally, the hours are wrong here on google and on the wingstop app. the food is decent but customer service has definitely taken a hint the past couple months.

This location sucks. The last two times I’ve been here have been awful. First time, it took over an hour to get my food. I was waiting and watching a bunch of other people get their food, I ordered before them and wash still waiting. I eventually asked them where my food was and they brought it out. The food wasn’t even hot, so it must’ve been sitting there. Second time, slow again and the portions was obnoxiously small for the amount of money you pay. This place used to be pretty decent, but it sucks now. Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1

Placed a pickup order on the 10th, came to pick it up and was given another customers order. I then called to let them know of the mistake and the worker (Melanie) tried to blame it on the customer, saying they grabbed the wrong order. I truly do not believe that is what happened. I then asked if they could remake my correct order and she said "no the fryers are off" so I asked for a refund and she said "the best I can do if offer you %15 off your next order. How is that fair when I did nothing wrong?? They also didn't bother to write our names on the bags - probably would've prevented this entire situation if that was just done. We came here to try the new chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend the dry rub and not the one with the sauce. The inside of this place is nasty and needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were horrible omg I almost puked. Their were feces around the toilet and urine all over the floors. I walked out of the men’s restroom into the women’s only because the men’s restroom was so nasty. The women’s restroom was no better. The health department must not check the cleanliness of the inside. If I would of saw these restrooms prior to me eating my food, I would’ve never ordered. For that reason we will never come back again. Management, if your restrooms are that nasty, I know the kitchen and the employees are even nastier. If they work their during a shift and everyone is in and out of the restroom, just imaging their sanitary competence.

This Wingstop is conveniently located in the Indian Village shopping center on Woodlands Parkway and Lake Woodlands. The cashier was very nice but overwhelmed as it was only her and one other person running the entire store. Two people handling phones, cash registers, customers, tables and trying to prepare all the food is definitely not enough! If I was a manager at this location I would be here and at least taking care of customers orders and registers, but that wasn't the case. Food was ok but not worth $1.00 per wing.

Had wingstop many times, yet this was the best ever!!! Very clean inside (cleanest my boyfriend and I ever seen from a wingstop) and cashier was super friendly!!! Not only that, but wings and fries were the juiciest, tenderest, best wingstop everr!!! We regularly eat at Wingstops in locations all over Houston. This location though has given us the worst experience, we have had a good time otherwise in other locations. I asked for more sauce because as you can see all the oil is sitting on top of the "sauce". I was told that this is normal because"mild" is butter based. Ok this looks like the oil wasn't shaken out... In the picture the actual sauce is by the extra wet "sauce". They are different colors, reason why is because the oil was not shaken out. We have asked for the same order times before without this having to be an issue, so it is safe to say that in this location. If you want your wings extra wet, ask for your sauce on the side.
