Short summary: charged me for large fry when I said I didn't want it and didn't adjust order when I pointed out total was incorrect before I paid.
Cashier asked if I wanted large fries with my combo and I said, "No, I'll take the default size."
Cashier tells me the total and I pull out my calculator and say "that doesn't seem right, it should be X with tax."
Cashier says the large fries are more. I said "I said I didn't want the large fries."
Cashier says, "It's only 50 cents more." And I reply, "That doesn't matter, I said I didn't want them."
Cashier touches computer screen and says I can put my credit card in the reader. The card reader oddly enough doesn't display a total and cashier doesn't give me a receipt after it prints out.
Cashier goes to talk to someone and comes back and says I can have an additional dipping sauce. I say "No thanks I don't need one." He says I can have one of another flavor than the one I chose and I say, "No thanks, I don't want another dipping sauce."
Check my credit card statement and I was still charged for the large fry size upgrade I said I didn't want and cashier didn't adjust the order price even when I pointed it out before paying.
And to cap it all off, they gave me a regular size fry in the bag.

Deceptive pricing. Ordering through the app is cheaper and you get more food. We ordered in person and then realized this, but the workers were unwilling to honor the meal we wanted in the app (they hadn't even made our food yet). Shady. Turned us off of eating here for the foreseeable future. Food was definitely not worth the price. Tables were kinda gross too, like come on...

I ordered it online and I'm glad I did because every table in there was taken and they were waiting for their food. It was very busy! The food was good and the employees were nice!

Very bad service at the Winds store. I placed an order at Uber and I told them a special note that I wanted abanero sauce on the side and the sauce arrived with the chicken and something else. I spoke to the address number they have at Uber and they told me that they don't have any there. order that was another store wids bad experience nom arrived well my order I would give zero stars lero it is not possible
Beyond horrible! Ordered through the wing stop app to be delivered. It arrived the bag was dripping wet. We tried to refuse it from the driver but he as useless. Called the store all they would do was when I came in they could replace my order. Missing the point. I paid extra to have it delivered and I tipped the horrible delivery driver! Will find other ways. Just horrible customer service!

Went to this Wingstop for the first time in YEARS. Let me tell you this one did not disappoint. The one in my old area was horrible, but when we got our food here, it was amazing. Sean was the front guy and he was incredible
