We went and ordered inside. I had my daughter and her 11 month old in the car. The person who went in to get the food waited for half an hour to get the food. I want inside because the baby was throwing a fit for waiting so long so I went inside and asked what's taking so long. They said it would be up in 5 minutes. Gave a free brownie for the baby for the inconvenience and then waited another 10 minutes. All while door dash was receiving food left and right so screw the ones that go inside. Then when we got home the order was messed up. Like seriously I won't return. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Came to wingstop today (2/23/24) at 5pm. Their staff was 2 people and alot of customers and they did an excellent job with smiles on their faces! Food was also great. I wish I could’ve gotten a picture of my food but I didn’t want to waste any time! I come here weekly for lunch each time the staff has been very welcoming even giving me a sample of their new hot honey wings to try. The food is always fresh and hot by far the best Wingstop in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last week I came to this location and the service was wonderful! Today was a different experience. Once I arrived I was greeted by the staff and he asked if I was placing an order. I responded yes. But the crew had a discussion on whom was going to service me. At the same time one of their employees started her shift. I noticed she did not wash her hands. And proceeded to help with the food orders. I was disgusted and disappointed. I immediately left. This establishment has the potential of being outstanding! But please remind the employees to wash their hands!

Waiting for 45 min for food employees have no sense of urgency fries had enough seasoning to kill an elephant and was missing 5 of the 6 tenders I ordered yes they put one tender in the box forgot the ranch but gave me blue cheese instead and because at this point of disappointment they forgot the pickles on the sandwich. Where do I even begin.. my husband and I tried this place last week. Took us over an hour to get our order. The lobby had a lot of people, woman in the back who puts the chicken in the bowl to add the sauce was on her phone playing around. When there’s a lobby full of people, the phone is the last thing she should have been worried about. We got our order… absolutely NASTY!! wings were incredible dry, fries were horrible, the strips where extremely nasty. This was a waste of 39.00. The pop was even nasty.
