Great experience:) good job you guys! I ordered a 10 piece boneless, 5 in lemon pepper, and 5 in the spicy Korean style. I also ordered a classic buffalo sandwich, and of course the ranch. I had it delivered, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere but my food arrived on time, warm, and with no issues. We went and ordered inside. I had my daughter and her 11 month old in the car. The person who went in to get the food waited for half an hour to get the food. I want inside because the baby was throwing a fit for waiting so long so I went inside and asked what's taking so long. They said it would be up in 5 minutes. Gave a free brownie for the baby for the inconvenience and then waited another 10 minutes. All while door dash was receiving food left and right so screw the ones that go inside. Then when we got home the order was messed up. Like seriously I won't return. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Last week I came to this location and the service was wonderful! Today was a different experience. Once I arrived I was greeted by the staff and he asked if I was placing an order. I responded yes. But the crew had a discussion on whom was going to service me. At the same time one of their employees started her shift. I noticed she did not wash her hands. And proceeded to help with the food orders. I was disgusted and disappointed. I immediately left. This establishment has the potential of being outstanding! But please remind the employees to wash their hands!

After waiting a literal hour to get my order,I was missing multiple items and the staff at the restaurant could not care less. The lack of caring from this establishment is unbelievable and unacceptable. I see reviews on here where the owner gives a very generic apology and says they'll use these reviews to do better. How about actually doing better by your PAYING customers and get it together in there. The place is a absolute train wreck and it's sad because this location is new. Get your head out the clouds and fix this before it's too late. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could’ve gotten a picture of my food but I didn’t want to waste any time! I come here weekly for lunch each time the staff has been very welcoming even giving me a sample of their new hot honey wings to try. The food is always fresh and hot by far the best Wingstop in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A friend and I went here last Saturday, we ordered boneless wings in several sauces and fries. They were busy but they were hammering orders out. Staff was friendly and highly efficient. Waiting for 45 min for food employees have no sense of urgency fries had enough seasoning to kill an elephant and was missing 5 of the 6 tenders I ordered yes they put one tender in the box forgot the ranch but gave me blue cheese instead and because at this point of disappointment they forgot the pickles on the sandwich. Where do I even begin.. my husband and I tried this place last week. Took us over an hour to get our order. The lobby had a lot of people, woman in the back who puts the chicken in the bowl to add the sauce was on her phone playing around. When there’s a lobby full of people, the phone is the last thing she should have been worried about. We got our order… absolutely NASTY!! wings were incredible dry, fries were horrible, the strips where extremely nasty. This was a waste of 39.00. The pop was even nasty. Ordered for delivery from Wingstop app. Order was delivered via door dash which was fine. However, the order was incorrect and 45 mins late. The manager kindly offered a refund since I was unable to come back to the store for a new order. The food that was delivered although incorrect was reported as delicious by the family.
