first things first while I was waiting on my boyfriend to pick up our carry out some hit my car with their door, second off not a single worker had gloves one, one specific worker didn’t know what he was doing at all that’s a fact, cause he kept touching his elbows and not washing his hands then went and touched food and my boyfriend asked him about our order and he said they were still working on it and then literally set it on the thing for us to grab wide open and again no body was washing hands or wearing gloves!!! and to top it off who I’m assuming was the manger wouldn’t even make eye contact or respond to my boyfriend telling her that they should be wearing gloves and washing hands!!! Great customer service each and every time I’ve been to this location. I was in tonight and like clock work they greeted everyone as soon as they entered. The store is clean and my food is always correct/hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We wanted to try this place, so placed an order online only to have my wife show up and find out they didn't get the order in the system. So we went to place an order there, and then found out they didn't have french fries. On top of that, they couldn't give a refund right there and had to waste still more time calling the next day to get a refund on the order. Ate in the dining room and the Manager I believe was yelling at the employees where customers can here dropping the F-bomb, one employee came in smelling like weed and another came in with his Jeans down to his knees, very very unprofessional! Worst experience ever! 1 person works while the rest stand around talking, you will wait 30 minutes longer then ur wait time! They need to wear gloves when handling food. And a hairnet and after all of this got home to find they did not put a whole meal in there! And they had 45 minutes to get it right! I got the boneless meal deal through doordash. It came to my house nice and fresh. It tasted good and everything was alright. But, I think I got sick after eating one of the pieces of chicken I got. One of the pieces looked a little under cooked, not pink but probably not cooked as long as the other ones. I ate it anyway thinking it would be fine. Nope, it wasn't. I've Been sick for two and a half days after I ate that. I'll probably be ordering from a different location next time just to be safe I don't get sick again. No one is wearing gloves like USUAL!! Which is NASTY!! especially with manager or managers present you and ur coworkers should know simple things as in when you should change your gloves and washing hands!! places like this are getting worse and worse Taco Bell is the best place that I always see workers changing gloves and following rules that should be followed!!!
