I've been visiting this Wingstop since I moved to the area and I've always enjoyed their food. The only time I stopped eating was during 2008 and the pandemic and I started making my own at that point. Wingstop has some of the best wings whether they are bone-in classic or boneless. Their wings are always spot on and their fries and ranch aren't bad either. I give this place 3 stars because the wings are always good and the employees today were nice. But it is hot AF in the store. I feel bad for the employees having to work in a hot environment. We ordered our wings and then sat at a table but soon realized it was super hot in the lobby. We quickly changed our order “to-go” because it’s 107 degrees outside and it must have been 90 degrees inside. Please fix the a/c, maybe you’d get more customers. We ordered take out food. I found a piece of hair in my food initial when we first received the order. My friend now is eating her leftovers and found 2 pieces of hair in her in her food. My hair is brunette and I found blonde. She’s eating her food and found brunette wavy/curly. Do better disgusting… wouldn’t suggest this location. I've eaten here plenty of times but this time I got very sick afterwards. Was up until 4am vomiting. I haven't gotten sick like that in years. The symptoms began 1 hour after eating the wings then it got worse and worse and worse. It's like someone was stabbing my intestines with a knife. That kind of sharp pain. Do you want feathers on you wings!! This location think their customers do!! After waiting over an 1 hour for my food. I get wings with feathers. How unsanitary this is!!! Two pictures second it was after my husband eat one and then saw the feathers!!! This is the 3rd time I order and they messed up my order. And the shift lead only said there’s nothing she can do!! I requested for my money and she refused to refund my money. I ask for a manager and she said there’s no manager. I don’t understand if she can’t do anything or even supervise the food is in good condition before giving customers, what the heck she’s doing there. No sympathy, she did even care, no personal responsibility to help her customers. 3rd time spending 36 something each time . So if y’all want feathers in your wings keep ordering from this location. Ordered on the app but had a special request and the young woman who took my call was pleasant and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order I was immediately greeted by a very friendly young man caring for the windows. He graciously opened the door and welcomed me in. The young woman who assisted me in receiving my order was so inviting and warm. This is definitely my new fave Wingstop.
