10/10, Definitely recommend this, it is really, really good. Very, very good food, obviously, it's really, really good like the wings are very well cooked the flavors obviously amazing the fries, the voodoo fries, they're very, very good especially with the cheese ranch. The ranch is actually very good. I would definitely recommend getting that. Now, my only problem with this is if you order the spicy Buffalo ranch fries. They are terrible. I mean, absolutely horrible like I would never in a million years. Order it again but I wanted to try it because it sounded good now I am deeply regretted with that decision. So do it that what you will? But everything else is a 10 out of ten, thank you. Went in at 11:20 after looking up hours and seeing they closed at 12. Tried to place order and they said weren’t taking any more orders. Asked what time they closed to make sure & cashier said they closed at 12 and looked down At time. I said so y’all stop making orders 40 min prior and he said “yeah”. Their sign outside says open but this clearly isn’t the case. Need to change closing time on google please. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 1

I came in craving Wingstop, I walked in and they told me to wait and sit until my order was ready, and we were waiting for 30 minutes and the food never arrived, I had to stand up and ask if they were working on it, and the lady in front handed it to me in a rude way in a to go bag, and was sitting there the whole time, food wasn’t warm and had to remind them about certain thing I had asked in my order, and the people weren’t very nice and welcoming but were talking and playing around with friends that were here, won’t be coming back for the overall attitude of the lady at the front. Don’t come to this Wingstop! (Also when we left she gave us an ugly look and didn’t say a word) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will never visit another wingstop again because I feel like I was ignored completely for almost 10 minutes and they continued to help other people and when I said something the lady said we will get to you and then helped the next customer who came through the door and still didn't take my order. 7:40 pm on March 4th. Bought chicken sandwich and when got home bit into it and felt it weird. Cut it in half to find out was not fully cooked. Submitted a feedback and requested call back or email and never received either by the management. Returned to store and the employee told me “sorry we been having this issue all day”. Come on that’s just ridiculous. Could remade my fries at least lol. But got my sandwich remade and was fully cooked and dry since they cooked it extra to make sure properly cooked I guess. 30 minutes after my pickup time, I am finally told my order was just now being prepped, not started, not cooking, not being bagged up. All things I had been told before this moment.... Just be trutful from the start don't lie non stop.... Yeah I am going to cancel my order but stop wasting my time and countless others! There were at least a dozen people waiting for their food. All being fed the same lines, it wasn't until I said tell me what's really going on with my order before it's admitted you hadn't even started it. SUPER RUDE. Placed an order not realizing it was at a different location. Hispanic lady was extremely rude, smarted back with an attitude. would never had that type of person work at an establishment that deals with people.

This is my local Wingstop, and today marks the second time that I’ve had an issue with their service. Today they left a large fry out of my order, and the last time they left a large ranch out of my order. Both times they have replaced it, but no consideration to the fact that the rest of my food is cold to be honest the only reason I’m writing this review is because instead of dealing with me as though they actually made a mistake the manager treated me as though I was lying, but they would go ahead and give me the fries anyway. Last two times I’ve been here we had an issue with the food. Wings top is known to be heavy in the grease but…. This is the nastiest looking fries ever! I don’t know how a cook would even let this leave the basket unless it was going in the trash. Last time it was the wings that were more like beef jerky. I had called a order in and was told it would be ready in 45mins , 30mins had passed and I drove 10mins to the store to pick it up only to have to wait a hr for my order that had even been started when originally called or after I had showed up and paid , it wasn’t until me waiting 45mins at the store until I asked how much longer and was told they were starting my order now . Store was not super busy so don’t understand why it took a hour and a half to make a simple order . When I asked to speak to a manger the front girl walked off as I was talking to her , the only helpful person there was a young guy.
