I’m like a regular I’m always ordering from here usually delivery though and been for 8+ years but this is the second time I’ve ordered and something is wrong from it being cold now to my missing waffle fries and I paid for the meal and my receipt says it like ugh makes me so mad especially when I’m hungry and been craving it and something’s missing throws everything off and not to mention killed my high vibe. We love Wings Over Providence! Their wings are always crispy and doused in flavorful sauces. I love the medium hot wings and my hubby and I both love their honey mustard wings! My friend ordered for delivery yesterday and it took them over an hour, she talked to the delivery guy and he said that they were all partying in the back and ignoring him , and this morning I was throwing up very violently for two hours.. it was a nightmare. I will never order from them again. Their wings tasted like they were left out for three days.. avoid this place at all costs unless you want to go-to the hospital from food poisoning which I'm pretty sure I got from eating their nasty food. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a loaded tender sandwich meal. Got all the way home and the sandwich was the regular version and not the loaded version. Drove all the way back to have my order remade properly. Instead of making my food again for me hot and fresh (which are the guidelines for safely correcting an order), they simply put the toppings on the food and gave it back to me. Pretty sure that’s a health safety violation. Either way I’m not eating it because the food is clearly cold now after driving back and forth with it. I do not recommend wasting your time and coming here to eat. Go down the street to Yas chicken. They care more about the money you spend with them here. I am never ordering here. When you enter the floors look dirty and falling apart. The cashiers look high and confused. I even think inside the kitchen might be nasty. I ended up getting very sick from eating their food and my husband as well. We were throwing up after eating there food at this restaurant. I usually never leave reviews, but this was so disappointing. The fries were ROCK hard, completely inedible! The chicken had what tasted like pounds of seasoning, so much that it was unbearable to finish. To top it off, they forgot part of my order. But honestly, after how horrible everything else was it would've also just ended up in the garbage. This place used to be great though, not sure what happened but pls go else where. I went to college that had a wings over on campus so this food is a little nostalgic for me. I was a little afraid to go here since the reviews are so low, but honestly I think they should have a higher rating. The staff was kind and the food was exactly as I remembered it! So so good! The wings with extra honey mustard hir the spot and the waffle fries on top were just chefs kiss! I think the artwork and the dining in experience is likely the reason it has a lower rating, but this is more of a take out kind of meal for me! I would give it a try if you like boneless wings. I don’t know how this place gets good reviews. The restaurant itself is absolutely DISGUSTING. Have yall not seen the floors when you walk in? Let’s not forget about the terrible customer service. I ordered food was told 20 minutes and waited OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF just to leave empty handed with no refund. Emailed staff early November and still never got a response.
