This place used to be my go-to for wings years ago. Not so much now. I blame management. The night shift manager John, I think his name is spends majority of his time taking smoke breaks in front of the store. The quality of the food reflects that. Placed an order for delivery a couple of weeks ago...it was wrong. Called to let them know and the person I spoke with was very nice and said he would credit my account for a free meal. Placed an order tonight for my free meal...IT WAS WRONG!! I called and had to drive back to the store to swap out my order and then had to wait on it....they didn't even have it ready for me to pick up. So much for a "comped" meal when it cost me gas for going back twice and my time. I hope that location gets it together. I won't be ordering from them anytime soon.

I like this restaurant. Or maybe liked. I ordered through Uber eats tonight and ordered 3 items. Not very hard. Cheese fries had no cheese. The wings had barely any sauce on it. And I ordered a bottled soda which never came. Unless my Uber eats driver stole the drink which I’m certain he didn’t. They forgot that too. Total came out to 40 bucks and maybe ate 5 dollars worth. I then call the restaurant up to see why and what happned and waited on hold for 15 min to never have phone picked up. I like this restaurant and I hope they can make this right for me. This was my first time ordering food from here and it was not good. They were supposed to be teriyaki flavor and hot lemon pepper but it didn't taste like there was any sauce on the wings. I also asked for them to be crispy but they weren't. Does anyone know where I can get some good wings?

I placed an online order, after almost 2 hours later I called the store and they said that my delivery was next- when the driver returned. The site could stand to have an expected wait time or deliver only within a certain radius to expedite getting orders out timely. When I arrived to pick up the food, I was told that the food was fresh and hadn't been sitting up front the whole time. I'm not sure about that. It may not have been there all along, but it was not hot...warm at best. I don't guess again about online ordering. The order was for another household member, who said it tasted ok.
