I am finding these restaurants are not consistent with their food. Many occasions, the milkshake is too weak, sweet or no sprinkle and they seem to have problems with their ice cream machine. Special will not be available. Buns are not always fresh and sometimes burgers are just thrown together. There are a few great restaurants that are consistent, like Mooi River, edenvale engine garage and carlswald center.

Staff are not able to cope with the holiday load. I was ignored, I waited as it looked like the lady was gathering her thoughts, but when she didnt even make eye contact and then asked the guy behind me for his order I lost all grace I had with the situation. Waited soooo long for 2 simple sandwiches with some chips and the chips were way undercooked. Not stopping again. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

Unacceptable to have a non-working aircon in a restaurant in Graaf Reinet at this time of year. Replacing an aircon can be done inside of 1 Day and it is clearly evident that the current aircon has not been working for some time. The owner and manager of this establishment clearly does not put customer needs first! Shameful.

Tuesday afternoon 26Desember 2023 floors were dirty and full of papers as were the tables.Whe are from Gauteng want to eat decided rather not only drink coffee.Toilet is messy from me 0 stars.Did not take photos ask to speak to manager no manager.Told the 2 ladies that the place are messy.
