I don’t often leave reviews (too lazy) l, however was compelled to due to the amazing dining experience at Wild. It’s certainly a treat dinner, on the more pricier side, but wow was it worth it. We had the Daing Bangus, feta salad, beef saipicao, adobe rice and whiskey sour. We probably over ordered and left very full, so much so we couldn’t fit a dessert in. The seasoning, the textures, the mix of sour, salt, cream…honestly eat here. Service was excellent, though it was quiet when we dined, but seemed to have plenty of staff on and they were all very polite and professional. Ordered the kitayama burger steak and tuna carpaccio which were both interestingly good. Too bad their bestseller octopus carpaccio was not available when we went. Also got the ensaladang suha which a bit too spicy, which they didn’t mention in the menu. Horchata was good, but the matcha latte not so much. Relaxed atmosphere compared to other restos. Beautiful interiors, but their management was having a meeting right next to the bar and near the guests, whose meeting agenda we could hear in detail because their voices were so loud. The ambience here is amazing and the food was great. Highly recommend the tuna carpaccio, adobo rice, and the adobo bao buns. There weren’t a bunch of cocktail options which was a bit of a bummer. The food is so high caliber, it would’ve been nice to have an amazing cocktail to go with it. Overall, we were really impressed and would love to come back! Do yourself a favor and visit this spot in IAO. Service is unmatched. Food is definitely amazing, Filipino classics with some wild twists! I ordered their Kitayama Wagyu Burger Steak (no photo. ate it while it's hot) and Crispy Fried Shrimp Omelette. 10/10 🫶 Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Kitayama Steak

Food was great, however they served the main course about 2 minutes after the appetizer which we had not even halfway finished. Then you are sitting there with a table full of plates and glasses and you have to pick between letting your main go cold or your appetizer going cold/warm. The best restaurant we ate at in Siargao. Very creative cuisine revisiting filipino/asian classics. Wild pork adobo is to die for, all carpaccios are delicious. Cocktails are also very well done.

Great food but not the best service. Still eating my food and haven't billed out but they cleared my plate when i went to the bathroom. I also have to raise my hand five times to get noticed by the servers. Meanwhile other tables are getting way more attention maybe because the servers know them, idk for sure. The kare kare i ordered was so good but then they cleared it when i went to the bathroom (i was eating alone). And then they replaced it with an adobo because the kare kare was sold out already. The adobo wasn't as good as the kare-kare. Will only go back here for the kitchen takeovers and for the kare kare because the food is good but the service needs improvement. Before they should clear anything they should check first if the person billed out already, it's disrespectful to clear someone's plate when they still want to eat whatever is on it.

It has been such a long time since I last tasted food this good. Each dish that I tasted had that magical effect on me—that moment of bliss while savouring ehmmm tbh devouring my food. 😅 Indeed, WILD mastered playing with locally produced ingredients, marriage of surprising flavors and that impressive and memorable dining experience—My first valentine’s day dinner. Not one to celebrate but I just happened to have dinner with friends and family on Feb 14. I wish I took photos of everything we tried! The appetizers that had mussels, the beef tips, the fresh salad! Sarap!!! Also, the pictures I took are so panget, they look better in real life!
