Moises was such a great host and was an unbelievable bartender. The drink he made us was spot on. We had a jalapeño and cilantro margarita. The absolute best I've had in all of my margarita days. Visiting Montana from North Dakota and decided to stop here and eat. Everything was sooo good! I had the chicken hibachi and my fiance had the short rib ramen. We love fine dining, and we have been here before and used to love it, but this time, the food was horrible! Hibachi is not good at all, not tasty at all, and is the worst fried rice ever! Rolls were okay but not great, very dry! We liked the mussel appetizer. We ordered Wild Ginger through Door Dash. We got the most amazing food, that was WELL worth the price. The sushi was some of the best, the orange chicken was spicy and delicious, and the drunken noodles exceeded expectations. We will be back! If you're in Billings, this is a must stop. UPDATE (12/2023) We ate inside at Wild Ginger for the first time today. Moses was our server and was fantastic! He made a Cilantro Jalapeño Margarita that was the best I've ever had.
