Very crowded and therefore very popular . Though we did not have to wait for a table the place was packed with many eating on the patio. They had a buffet the night we visited and we helped ourself repeatedly. The salad bar was very healthy. The main entrees were a cardiologist's nightmare.... all deep fried. Luckily we don't report to our doctors daily. It was all very delicious. oh yeah the beer was good and reasonably priced. We visited May 2023. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Needed an excuse for a nice long motorcycle ride from the KC area. What better than a great little place out in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful ride up and back. Fun place. Great prices. Food was delicious. Server struggled a bit, got the feeling she was new, she was really friendly and engaging but lacked on knowledge so didn't hold that against her. We were all the FNG at some point. If it was local to me, I'd be there all time. Definitely will be returning. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I am in love with their duck strips...I probably shouldn't be saying that...I would be devastated if they sold out. Their steaks are amazing...and every time I have gotten a side, it is fresh and delicious. Salad bar is always fabulous! We once had a waitress give herself a tip, but they are under new ownership now, and we haven't been there enough to give 5 star yet...Will get back on here then. Found this restaurant on Yelp as the closest to where we were staying the night and for a small town joint it was great. My daughter LOVED the grilled cheese! I had the Ruben and it was tasty; the cuts of meat were large and the bread was grilled perfectly! We sat outside and as the temperature cooled off it was beautiful, watching the Missouri River flow by.

Cozy bar. Pretty good parking. Had the wings with the honey bbq sauce and a side of tater tots & regular cheese balls. Overall pretty good. Price per person $10–20

Stopped in for a quick dinner on our way to White Cloud. Saw all the positive reviews and decided to try it out. The reviews were not wrong! the food was amazing. We ordered our entree's with french fries, they were crispy and not greasy at all. I asked the waitress how they were made and she said in an air fryer. They were the best I've ever tasted. My husband said the Catfish was also the best he's ever had. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait to visit again.
