The Best Spring Rolls ever. And I am from LBC the City by the Sea. I was delightfully surprised at the food here. They beat what I have had in Little Saigon Garden Grove as well. They beat em all. The only item they miss is the dried onions. If you want the best Pho Experience for the best price come here. You will get hooked on their Vietnamese Coffee with coffee jelly. I love this place. I picked this up to-go on a whim and OMG. When I say loaded with meat, I mean LOADED. It was so good and I will definitely eat it again. I was unsure about the raw meat that came with mine but when I called to inquire about how to properly prepare it, the gentleman who answered was so kind and helpful. He gave me thorough directions and didn’t seem bothered by my questions. He was truly so helpful and I will make sure to tell all my friends. I wish I would have grabbed him name but thank you again! Went here with my dad around 7:20 on a friday night. There were a decent number of people there but not completely packed. Enough people for the amount of orders to be stressful for them, though. I'm guessing they're understaffed? The man (I didn't catch his name) who served us was noticeably stressed, as he was working a mile a minute. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, but the atmosphere was very nice and cozy, so it wasn't terrible. The food was AMAZING. I don't claim to be an expert on pho at all, but I know what I like, and it was so good. I had the beef pho and added bean sprouts and some lime. They have a little buffet type bar where you can get your utensils and add ins. The brisket was too fatty for my taste. Each piece had a strip of fat on it, so I had to give the fatty bits to my dad. But if that's something you like, it's definitely for you. They have boba with varieties of teas. They have slushies, which you can even put boba in. That was what I did. I had the strawberry mango slushie with boba. AMAZING. I also had potstickers, which come with a spicy sauce i knew had sriracha in it. Also SO good. My dad had seafood pho and a bahn mi sandwich, I believe he had a pork one, and thai tea with boba. He enjoyed it a lot. The one thing we both noted was that their pho has a LOT of noodles in it compared to other places. I think, personally, I would've liked a bit more meat. I believe that with everything the two of us got, it was around $55 Overall spectacular visit, polite staff, and amazing food! Food is always spot on during this time of year. The customer service is great for how they run the restaurant. The guy at the front handles everything from taking orders, making spring rolls, and making sure you get your food in a timely manner. Please be patient if it is busy because they do only have three people working. Eric, and the rest of the staff always make sure you are taken care of in a speedy fashion. It is a clean environment and you can tell they go above and beyond with service. I’ve never had pho before and each choice was explained and I never have had anything as good as that before. Definitely a 10/10 place to recommend. Good comfort food on Cold days. DELICIOUS! This was our first time in but we will definitely be back. Clean restaurant and friendly service. Food came out quick and so yummy. By recommendation of the employee and eyeballing an order on a table we decided on the Saigon Combo w/noodles (you can order with rice), it came with an egg roll and we had an order of pot stickers. Everything was delicious and fresh and quick service. They have this great fresh veggies bar and sauces and chilies. This was a great surprise find for us! This place is awesome. I worked here and I'm 95% positive I was the very first non-manager person that was hired. The food is awesome. The people are approachable, very friendly and informative. Unique and delicious drink options. Great service, clean restaurant and the food was really good. Had a pork sandwich that was delicious and the pho was great too! We are a bit snobby about Pho. The Pho here is good. The broth has a bit of a sweet taste to it. Really good. Remembered to take some photos this time so I am updating. This is Filet Mignon Pho and Lemongrass Steak Vermicelli and some shrimp roles. Delicious! Even my kids loved it. Their Spring Rolls are huge. Very reasonable prices with large portions and the staff are so nice and helpful. Try the Sea Foam Milk Tea with Boba. Yum!! It's worth stopping in.
