I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, what I got what a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo. I took it back to the lady taking orders and said that it wasn’t my sandwich, she said she would take care of it, a guy came out from the kitchen told me that’s what I ordered, I said it isn’t that why I brought it back. He when back with attitude and made my sandwich. When I got back to my gate I tried to eat it and took the pictures that I posted. It (chicken) was paper thin and was almost had a burnt taste. Always a must have at least twice on my yearly trip to see my Dallas Cowboys. Burgers are huge and taste amazing, fries have always been fresh and are perfect with the spicy ketchup. Also they had this amazing banana pudding shake although I don't know if it's a regular menu item. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Mrs. Linda at D Terminal is an awesome employee. She runs a tight ship. The cleanliness of the lobby was first class. She stacked all the condiments very neatly. She takes great pride in her job and it shows. All the employees were nice but Mrs. Linda was all about it. Her customer interaction was fun and helpful. She's a real "people person." Just wanted to express my gratitude for two things: 1) the fact this location is open super late, and 2) the fabulous staff members (Caesar?) who were extremely helpful and kind on what was otherwise a really bad day. The friendly faces and kind personalities made a huge impression and turned my rough night around (unexpectedly stranded for a long layover). It was the only restaurant open that took the airline food voucher, and the fresh fries and burger never tasted so good. Seriously, thank you. Had a late lunch upon arrival for a flight connection. Order was quick and easy for takeout only. But they should have some seating to eat at in the airport located in terminal E near Gates 20-29. I ordered the classic whataburger meal. Changed out the fries for onion rings instead with medium size soda. Total cost was a bit over $11. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I used to avoid DFW like the plague due to all of the weather delays... Until I realized I could get Whataburger while I was there. So now I always make my layover in DFW because I live in Denver now and I can't get it anymore. That's how much I love Whataburger. The one at the airport in e does not disappoint.
