Trash. Just don't... They don't give you what you spend your hard earned money for. I hope everyone who works here is living the life they deserve. You people know we're all out here just trying to feed our families also, right? If we're eat HERE.. we aren't rich. Do your job right for us.. how would you like getting your food after a hard day at work and it's all wrong or just bare slab of meat? I'm so tired. So tired of y'all not just doing the job right. I've had better experiences here, but I ordered on the app this morning, and they seemed to not notice my online order that I placed at 6 am. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:08 tops, and I received it at 620am, and it was incomplete. I had to show on my receipt that I also ordered a breakfast taquito. Seeming flustered that I needed more, they handed me a breakfast sandwich instead. Since I was already running late, I just ended up leaving with it at nearly 630. If you order on the app in the morning, give yourself some extra time just in case. They shorted us our food and the manager came up and told us “she personally bagged our food and she put the right amount in it” and refused to refund our money from the food we were missing😡 she was VERY RUDE TO US AND SHUT THE WINDOW IN OUR FACE. Good customer service is hard to get, even at this location! But this morning when I placed my order JD was great! He was polite, patient and listened without interruption. I appreciated his service! Most of the employees are rude here! So I appreciated his service. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

This has got to be the WORST one I've ever been to. The person taking the orders was super slow in greeting us and didn't even give me our total before telling us to pull up. It took forever just to be able to tell him what we wanted. Then when we got up to the window, the employee shoved the card machine out the window, said "take it out" pretty bluntly and then shut the window on us. EVENTUALLY they passed the drinks to us and then shut the window again...and when out food was ready, it was literally shoved into our car window and the window was slammed shut immediately. And when we got home, (which is less than 2 miles away) my food was cold and gross. The employees acted like they didn't want to be there. Didn't speak to us politely, didn't say Thank you or anything. I mean, if you don't need the paycheck or enjoy your job, then quit and let someone who WANTS it, be there. I HATE going to this location, our regular store is being remodeled, so we had no choice if we wanted Whataburger. The only thing that was good was the tea. And that's pretty sad. I stood in line and was waiting but I don't know what was going on with the guys order in front of me but the cashier was taking her time like she didn't care and didn't even try to at least say, give us a moment and we will be with you or nothing. It's sad good service has gone down. I ended up just leaving because she clearly didn't care. Service: 1
