Every time I stop there, there is a issue either the registers though or they close early you can’t get frozen drink because the machine is broken. This is what happens when you let morons run things

Terrible service, I have a gift card, which stay away from, on my phone app that they would not honor because they don't have the scanner and do not have to take gift cards. Employee did not comprehend what I was trying do in payment. Spoke to the owner over the phones and was told it is private ownership and do not have to take gift cards. Out $25.00. Never will go back.

I had a good experience they greeted me with a nice smile they were professional and when I went to pretzelmaker I got a dog bites and they were undercooked so I had to throw it out I also saw pretzelmaker make there food without washing there hands or using gloves so overall wetzels prerzels is better than pretzelmaker

Wetzel you have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I was told I was giving my item and I wasn’t! The worker was very snotty and depressed. GET SOME NEW PEOPLE
