Me and my husband have been coming to the western for over 15 years we normally come on a Friday, but tonight we wanted steamer but tonight was interesting the waitress where dress like they work at the corner. Belly showing and have naked. If I wanted to see that I would have gone to a strip joint. The food came all at once and then our table did not get cleared from the empty plates and we were giving the bill to pay. Looks like what attach a picture. Then I never seen plays that allowed vaping in a restaurant. Customers were vaping and nothing was said. Boy we miss out. It was an excellent manager, kept a place and place. If you haven’t had pizza from here in awhile because it used to be awful , then you really must try it! The dough is tender and thick and plenty of toppings cooked to perfection! The foods real good at this little place and they have a big menu. I called in a pizza and a soup online and they called me back just to confirm what type of soup and if I wanted anchovies that’s pretty thorough. I’ve always liked food here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My husband Keith and I came here over 10 years ago and loved the food. I and my family went for a fall foliage ride on Halloween around 1:00 pm and I thought of the Western Hotel. Their food is exceptional, we ordered appetizers mac and cheese breaded bites came with a tasty tomato sauce they are UNBELIEVABLE never had before and it was so DELICOUS!!!! bites ,half eggplant pizza and chicken bacon ranch pizza, hot chicken wings and regular wings came with blue cheese dressing , bacon cheese burger, med. rare and it was perfectly cooked 16 oz. steak and fries , and baked fish and vegs. If you don't come here and try their food you are missing out. The waitress was so accomadating, polite and very friendly. I'm coming back and I live in Cranston. I sat at the bar, the bartender was very professional, the food was fantastic, as was my service and throughout my time there., The only thing that kind of ruined the setting for me was having to sit on horrible bar stools that the padding was all torn apart and has been for a very long time. When you have a restaurant and pub and you're doing a good business, you should at least invest a little back into it and get new bar stools or have the current ones repadded to keep your patrons happy, comfortable, and paying !!!! We found this place by accident, driving right past it on one of our rides in the area. We decided to give it a try after reading mostly positive reviews here. Not too good looking on the outside but decent on the inside. Server was friendly and efficient, the pizza we had was better than expected, and the prices were reasonable. One slight negative was a hint of a swampy smell inside. Would definitely go back the next time we're in the area. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Asked for napkins and salt for the pizza ordered for delivery. The driver said he forgot. Also was told delivery would be in 35 or 40 minutes. I did not have a problem with that. But when the pizza shows up in 15 minutes and is over cooked. That's a problem. Food: 3 Service: 3

What went wrong tonight? Fried clam plate best around was missing Cole slaw and tartar sauce. Skimpy little tiny fries like they used the remnants of a recent batch. I did call and spoke with the lady who answered. We frequent their take out quite often. Just asking that care is given when putting up customer's orders. Oh and the unpleasant surprise I found in my grilled chicken grinder shocked us. We will bring it by tomorrow but out of courtesy to your establishment will not disclose what was found. I ordered weiners they were pretty good also got a chicken Caesar salad. But my only problem is chicken Caesar is usually grilled chicken but it was a broken up chicken fingers and It wouldn't be a big deal but I have no teeth and could not eat the chicken in it
