I ordered trophies through their Amazon store. The trophies themselves are both unique and attractive, but the customer service is EXCELLENT! There was an error on my very large order (one item was omitted in shipping), so I called and left a voicemail. They called me back, then took care of the problem IMMEDIATELY, engraving the missing item and rushing it to me within hours of our phone call. I will ABSOUTELY use them again!!

Actually called "got hobby",went with friend who bought 2 50pair shoe racks w/zipper covering,a chair,and I got nice storage/cosmetics case & old school canvas backpack in black w/leather straps,nice for price and I should've gotten 4
