They are always rude and slow, and rarely get our order right so I hate when we get stuck at this location. This time, after ordering a burger and a large combo at the menu, the lady rang up a medium combo and at the window rudely told us ‘ we can’t upsize at the window, and because she can’t correct her mistake she got mad because I didn’t want to pay her $24 for 66% of my order and unwarranted attitude. Mind you they were empty with 3 employee cars in the lot, no customers in the lobby, and no cars behind us. I’m at Taco Bell and gave them 26 dollars for the food I ordered. Terrific Wendy's, the Dave Double was really good and the staff were all very friendly, especially the young man from Honduras and the ladies behind the counter. Me and my family came in and we got three separate orders and all three orders were wrong. They had almost no drinks available and no ketchup at all. Everything was closed downtown, taco bell closed too across the street . The lovely woman in the drive through was super nice, we laughed a few jokes and she gave me an extra fries. Do not go here if unless you have time time to spare and would like to be "corrected by the staff" . Every time I've done a mobile carryout or drive thru order, it's been a long, slow line, or some sort of mix up, plus a 10 minute+ wait in the dining room. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to the Ashley Phosphate location, as they have always been great in my experience. The manager was dyslexic and attempting to explain that even though my name was at the top of the receipt of the food that sat behind the counter melting and getting cold, I was not giving her the right name. The fries were cold and soggy, bringing anguish and frustration with every attempted bite. The chicken nuggets were cold and mushy, and could not even be helped with my honey mustard because the no less than 3 people I saw handle my order neglected to confirm that it was added to the bag. My frosty was mostly melted and quickly approaching equilibrium with the ambient air. On a side note, the pumpkin spice was a poor choice on my part, but I was curious to try it. It's like drinking a fall scented candle, so if you are into those, this may be for you. I'll stick with the normal flavors. Anyways, I am not coming back to this location even if they were to give the food away. I hope you have better luck than I did. Waited ten minutes in the drive thru, no one was taking orders. Whole line of people weren’t moving, went inside, line of people and no one was up front taking orders. Just close if you don’t want to do your job. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just like any other Wendy's, it's good. I'm a chicken kind of person so I just get their Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken sandwich and their ghost pepper fries with strawberry lemonade, all of them are always fresh and juicy. Who ever the man working the drive through today at 8pm is terrible. Extremely Rude and disrespectful. Who tells a customer that they are done making one of main things Wendy's is known for. A frosty at only 8pm. Ridiculous. We use to come to this location often and continue to keep giving chances but that man was just outright rude and we will EVER BE BACK!
