Put a mobile order in for 2 baconators, one for my friend and one for myself. Got back and saw mine had only 1 hamburger patty on it instead of 2, all good, simple mistake. So I called up there and explained that my double burger was only a single and was placed on hold. The employee comes back and said he just spoke with the GM, who said he made the burgers himself, and knows there were 2 patties on it. ????? What?????? I asked if I could speak with him myself and he said that they were busy and to call back around 5:30. It was 2:30 at the time. Call back in 3 hours??? I immediately drove up there with my single burger and asked to speak with the manager who thought this was a double. After a couple minutes Stuart finally made his way up from the back. Of course, Stuart. Stuart told me he had 5 burgers on his grill and that he was sure that 2 went on mine. I assured him there was only one on mine and showed him. He said that he had it on cameras that he put 2 patties on it. ??????? We’re pulling camera footage for a single burger patty???? Great I said, and asked if I could see it and confirm, to which he refused. I asked him if he thought I went home and took a patty off, essentially calling me a liar, which he again refused to answer. Why, why, whyyyy would anyone do that?? I just want my food made correctly the first time. He was literally angry he had to make me another burger. Acting like the difference came out of his personal paycheck. Own up to your simple mistake Stuart and everything would’ve been fine. Now I’ll be escalating this to corporate, as I don’t appreciate being called a liar. Especially over something as stupid as a single hamburger patty. Take care Stuart, hope things go better in life for you so you’re not as defensive over a single hamburger patty. Ready for the kicker??? My buddy I got the second baconator for SAID THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO HIM THERE JUST A COUPLE DAYS AGO! He ordered a Dave’s double, got a Dave’s single, and had to take it back. Mistakes are obviously a pattern at this restaurant. The only difference in our situations?? My friend wasn’t made to feel dishonest when he brought his back, and they remade it no problem. Obviously Stuart wasn’t working this day. I come through the drive through for quick service. Not to be pulled up for a small order for 10-15 min. Only to have my bag miss half the stuff I ordered, your guys staff is horrible. This goes out to all the people thinking of going to this location. Either choose a different spot. (Seventh street isn’t any better) or pick a different place. I have never been one to leave poor reviews, but today was the worst food I’ve ever had from Wendy’s. I order a JR bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. To start with, they gave me the entirely wrong burger, the fry was a small box and less than half filled, my nuggets were cold, my tea was NOT sweet, i received the wrong sauce, and no straws. If I could put a 0 I would they let me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes and complained I was there in the door after hours when I got in there at 930 didn’t leave til 10 09 in front of me disgusted I was a Customer even in there with them no smiles

The pattern continues......every fast food experience has been terrible. Think I'm just getting old. The food was great and was made correctly. The employee who took my order on both days I was there was very nice. My only problem was the teenagers who were just hanging around and being extremely disruptive and even making remarks about me and my partner and then laughing amongst themselves. You'd think a manager would of asked them to leave if they weren't eating or anything but that wasn't the case. I feel like this place gets a lot of the kids hanging out especially on the weekends because of the bowling alley right behind it. So just beware if you have an issue with bratty kids.
