This fast food should be recommended for good burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and spicy chicken sandwiches. As a lot of guests affirm, lemonade is really good. The high ratings of Wendy's wouldn't be possible without competent employees. This place is famous for its calm atmosphere. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Well this is going to take a while because this restaurant has been going downhill for quite a while and I've sat back and not wrote a review till tonight. Ordered chili which was a tablespoon of beans in it and it's mostly water soup had absolutely no flavor even for watery soup the french fries was cold as ice and hard and hot and juicy burger was completely lukewarm and no juicy about it. In the past I've actually gotten burgers that have had completely dry bread on them till the bread just crumbled and fell apart that's with the lukewarm patties on it needless to say I'll not be visiting this Wendy's again this was my last visit. And as I write this review it reminds me wait a minute you dummy this was the same Wendy's years ago that somebody bathed in the sink in it. Somebody better get in here and take hold of whatever the problem is or this Wendy's will be a thing of the past soon and probably not soon enough. Was told to pull up for fresh meat. Meat was raw pink, bread was crumble nothing was hot not even the fry's. I went in to see what was taking so long, only to be met by fruit flies. No spoons. Very nasty. A cashier had a open cold sore or wart on face wiping it and never washed hands handling food. One sandwich had plastic in it. Waited 40min to get my order that I had placed on mobile app, 5min prior to getting to location. Had others waiting along with me as well. Honestly really disappointed. First time its like this here. I dont whats wrong with management but they need to hire better people. Everyone was walking slow like they had no intent of wanting to do the orders. Went in with my family to place an order. The kid at the register went in the back and never came back to take our order as at least 5 other workers stared at us and did nothing. We should have listened to the couple that was leaving as we entered when they said 'good luck placing your order". Will not be coming back!

I ordered a double Baconator combo PLAIN. Plain, to me means no condiments or vegetables. I received a double “Baconator” with NO BACON. I mean, WHY? Why would I order a Baconator if I didn’t want bacon? The staff was courteous and remade my order very quickly and all was good. Horrible customer service. Ordered a Big Bacon Classic and a small fry in the drive thru and received no feedback beyond "pull up to the second window". When my turn finally came, I was handed my food and told the amount due. As I handed my card, it occured to me that the total was too high for what I ordered. I noted this and was offered a receipt only to discover that I had been charged for a *double* Big Bacon Classic. I explained that I had not ordered a double, but was told that they automatically assume that I want a double unless I say otherwise. I eventually was handed off to some sort of manager/shift supervisor who argued with me non-stop over what I ordered. All I wanted was for someone to refund me the difference for upselling me without telling me, but never once was that offered, just repeatedly arguing that even though I knew what I wanted, I ordered it the wrong way. I had to tell them that I wanted a single even if there was nothing but a single listed on the drive-thru menu. Finally I stated emphatically that I wanted a single and nothing more. I was asked to hand back the food I had already been given, and it was promptly thrown in the garbage and explained that I needed to be refunded and reorder the correct item. The waste and attitude disgusted me and I no longer trusted the condition my food would be in once received and requested that I be fully refunded. I will not return to this Wendy's and probably not to any Wendy's for quite a while. Everyone, beware of this location. They upsell you without informing you and just hope that you won't notice or complain. And God help you if you do object. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1

I ate breakfast here and got sick (literally vomited within 2 hours of eating it) . When I pulled in, all the employees were in their cars except for one guy sweeping the parking lot. They exited there cars and headed into the restaurant as I pulled in the drive thru . I then waited 10 minutes after ordering to finally get my food, which had a slightly weird smell. The owner of this franchise has definitely demonstrated poor leadership skills and should be brought under review. I obviously will never eat here again, but more importantly, I also won't be eating at any other Wendy's for a while because it now makes me want to vomit. Horrible service, the employees there are rude, lazy and don’t pay attention to detail. Food was poorly prepared and management has lost control over their employees.
