This is the worst place to go. They need to get rid of all their staff and start from scratch. I'm typing this while standing at the counter, it took 8 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. After asking for the manager no one came. They didn't even start preparing my food until 15 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up, no one was doing anything but sitting their talking. Not a single other person ordering in the drive through or inside. They then spent 20 minutes to get me my food. The one other customer that came in during this time took 6 minutes for someone to take his order and 5 minutes for a single burger. Ordered baconator and drove thru the foot of snow home 20 minutes away and found out I had a Dave's single. To top it off, they had scraped the cheese off it. So unbelievable I took a picture.
