I brought a number 1 off the breakfast menu, when I got it was cold like they got it out the freezer, and slap it on the biscuit. I sent it back when I got it back it didn’t smell right like it was thrown on the floor. It smell like piss. Disgusting never again!!!! I went through the drive thru around 547pm on 4/27/23. I ordered $5 biggie bag- no mayo, extra mustard, fully dressed. When I got to the window I was asking the guy would it be fully dressed with EXTRA mustard; he kept replying rudely “what”. I just said never mind. I got my meal-fries and burger were lukewarm. It had NO MUSTARD, one tiny piece of lettuce, bread was soggy, and nuggets were not good.There were no napkins in the bag asked the lady for some napkins she walked off so I asked the guy for some napkins and he asked me did they put some in the bag. I said to myself why would I sit there asking for napkins if I had some.Very bad EXPERIENCE! July 10, 2023-UPDATE: I decided to try it again today and NO IMPROVEMENT: I asked for LIGHT MAYO AND EXTRA MUSTARD. My sandwich SLOPPY WET WITH MAYO. Sandwich was COLD! No napkins! HORRIBLE!!!! Hi does this place serve breakfast with their twice on two different occasions they said they were out of lots of things for breakfast it states that serve breakfast, so I’m confused. Update never mind after checking into the reviews this establishment is seems to not value their customers or quality of food this company has really bad reviews. First, the good and service wasn’t as good as it usually is, but, to I need to explain first. It was around-10:30pm on a Friday night. It was after a football game and most of everything else was closed. I NEVER go to a fast food place, especially at night and just before closing. Other than that, it was just ok. In was hungry. Went in because there was 4 cars in drive thru, still waited 30 minutes to get my order that ended up being $27 for a $5 biggie Bag and an $11 combo. I order 2 honey chicken biscuits & a 6 piece FT sticks. When i made it home i opened the biscuits to find that both were burnt. I went back and showed the workers, they reply was “ all of our chicken come out that way because they are frozen and there is nothing they can do about that. They did offer to make an alternative order , sausage, egg biscuits, WHICH WAS HORRIBLE. I also would like to add they gave me a ;l 4 piece French toast sticks. I asked the employee i thought the ft sticks combo comes w 6 , he replied .. idk .. what did order ? ATP I just told him dwbi because no way should i have experienced this on what I spunt my money on. Never again will i go back.CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE!! If you wanna waste about a hour out of your day please come here, it only takes 10 minutes for them to take your order and an additional 20 to get your food even if you order online. And make sure you get here as soon as they open in the morning because after about a hour they’ll tell you they are completely out of buns, lettuce, MEAT, ketchup, fries and nuggets.
