Theirs a person who's name is Samuel who works there is very rude and intimidates customers. If you forget to order some ketchup or ranch he like ignores you. I understand mistakes happen, but if I have to come inside after going through the drive thru and being asked to pull up and park to wait for my food because part of my order was forgotten, the least your employee can do is apologize for the mistake (not look annoyed with their job).
