I thought I'd give this place another try. I hadn't stopped here in three years because the food, at that time, was so bad. Well, that has not changed! I tried to specify what I wanted on the cheeseburger, but I could tell the person taking my order was struggling with the computer, so it didn't surprise me that I didn't get what I ordered. I was in a hurry so I just ate it anyway. They weren't preparing the hamburgers by the front area so I don't know if it was grilled to order for me but the meat was cold and the bun was so dried out it fell completely apart. There was a Wendy's corporate type guy in the dining room on his laptop and on speaker phone with a tech support or other training person the entire time I was eating in the dining room. That was slightly annoying. The soft drink machine in the dining room was not working but the guy behind the counter gladly got my drink from the drive-thru area. On the PLUS side... The fries were good. The dining room was clean. The trash cans were emptied. And the guy taking orders was VERY friendly, engaging and nice. He was trying hard! He got the rating up from 1 star. Very slow service and then forgot one of my burgers. The dining room was filthy ketchup dispenser empty, the drink machine covered all the way down to the floor in syrup. I’ve went to this place for several years, and the service used to be great. There was an older woman who I think ran the place, she always took the orders at the window and she was fast, accurate, really good. A few months ago they must’ve changed management because everybody changed and has been horrible ever since. Half the time they don’t have the lunch menu up in time. The shake machine is now broken most of the time. The people who take the orders aren’t very good. And I’ve been mis-charged a couple times as well and had orders screwed up. Congratulations you went from first to worst! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The lady working drive thru on January 3rd, 2024 around 11:30 p.m. was so kind and patient with our order. I had a great experience from Wendy’s tonight. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Place is like it’s from the 90’s, service is horrible, slow, bad food, waiting for food as I type. Contemplating if I should just leave. Dirty, musty, gross place, dosn’t seem to be ran very well. Overall I give this place a solid 0/5 even though ok google you can only give it a 1. Recommend going to McDonalds over this place, or anywhere. I can overlook the fact there was a random piece of meat in my fries or the fact my chicken wrap was open on both ends or the fact I was given the wrong drink but the service? I've never been spoken to by a server like that before and it was unwarranted, I'm polite and speak clearly! 10-26-23 and never again Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. I could actually have Filet mignon at one of the best steakhouses like Ruth Chris's and have had it prepared to my liking. And served faster than I have received this order. I was told to hold on a minute about 5 minutes each time, and about 5 times until 30 minutes later, I may have received my meal. This is usually a sign of p***, poor management. It is a top-down approach. Hire a new manager. Service Take out Service: 1

This store needs new management. 35 mins waiting in drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of absurd. When I got to the window, they didn't know which order was mine, couldn't find it in their system and had to re-do it. Every person was mulling around looking confused, checking orders, asking each other where various food items go. Even the cook looked confused. The manager was just walking around oblivious and not caring at all. Even after they finally got my order handed over it was the wrong sandwich and the frys were stale. This is probably the most chaotic untrained fast food establishment I've ever witnessed. Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
