Many people visit this fast food to taste good chili, chicken nuggets and bacon. Guests don't highly appreciate biscuits at Wendy's. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Unprofessional service is something that people don't like at this place. Most of the time, the nice atmosphere is to be found here. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I took my wife and daughter there to eat dinner and Andrea the cashier took our order and Alyssa the cook cooked 🍳 it to PERFECTION 🥰 EXACTLY AS WE ORDERED IT !!! Walked in the door and it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Ordered three Mickey bags and one junior bacon bag and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. But yet three over orders and several drive to orders were completed. When we asked for our money back, we were told they could not give it back to us until the next day. Worst Wendy’s ever. Stay right around the corner from this one and I went to the drive-thru and ordered my food and it was Lukewarm I ordered a son of baconators and they put double stack patties on there. I went a week or two ago and waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order. I got home and found that my chili was cold like it was never heated or cooked or however they make it. I was also missing condiments and cutlery along with other food. I emailed Wendy's directly and got the store manager to get in contact with me he asked for my name and last four of my card number so he could find the order and would call me back in an hour. Its been days now and i’ve emailed him multiple times but have been ignored. These people are unprofessional and I will not be eating here again. While the chicken sandwiches were excellent, the staff wore a frown. The order taker talked so fast in her native dialect that she kept having to repeat herself. A few weeks ago, we had a bad experience. It was a Monday evening about 8:30. We felt like we were imposing on the staff, just for coming in and ordering. We decided to try them today for lunch. We were greeted by Francisco who had a wonderful attitude. He was people oriented, friendly, and a really good salesman. He interacted with patrons. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Come to find out he is the store manager. If he can train his workers to be like him then he can bring this Wendy's back to it's old glory! And we did chat about my last bad experience and he was going to look into it. I will start going back, now that I know someone is listening! Spent $30 bucks and order was not correct. Fries were cooked in old oil and tasted disgusting. Ordered a baconator (#2 on the menu) and there was supposed to be bacon on it…and there wasn’t. Ordered a sprite for the drink and was given sweet tea. Ordered a large frosty and a small frosty and was given a medium frosty and the girl at the window looked at me like get the hell away from the window.
