Your customer service skills are very necessary. When a customer comes inside to pickup a mobile order someone should be at the counter to assist them. The customer shouldn’t have to wait 6 minutes for you to walk up nonchalantly as if you aren’t working. I went Wendy’s this location thrice had terrible experiences . They always mess up the order Like if ask for nuggets 4count they will bag 7 and charge me for 8count .This happened thrice bcoz of kid we never return the order back . I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an order correct.They even serve cold old batch nuggets and fries .This kind of over cleverance should be reported.
