Normally don't eat fast food often. But it's close to my boys schools. On rare occasions I'm in a morning rush. And this location usually is impressive being fast food. Hot, Fresh, Crisp and fast. Today have to say first time disappointed with them. I don't buy from here for anything other than a quick breakfast on occasion. Next time I'm in a bind I'll try it again. But if same results off the list for sure. I'll at least say not same crew as normal. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Wendy's used to be really good. A long time ago. The food quality has gone down the produce tastes old and frozen the burgers are mushy and obviously the prices have sky rocketed. But it's a local hot lunch within driving distance of my office. I always feel bad because I usually end up there because of the flow of traffic and their drive through empty and the people who work there really are very nice. Seems like all their money goes to stupid commercials now. At least the fake Wendy actress was nice to look at and probably cost less than the geico ripoffs. My expectations for the fries were high until I received them. So all the digs Wendy's have on other fast food franchises but there fries look like this....smh. On top of that I didn't even receive everything I ordered. Very disappointed in this location because they are always busy so, my expectations were higher than expected. Not amused at all.

I've had good experiences and order frequently here. First in app order and they left out my large fries. It's a hassle to call and drive back l. That's why it's annoying and I just paid for nothing. 9/30 around noon! The older male manager was absolutely horrible. We were helped by two younger employees who were kind and gracious. While we were eating , a few orders were messed up and the older male manager was awful and yelling at his employees. He would not allow anyone else to be helped until whatever was wrong was fixed. The poor workers were humiliated. We left as did a few other customers. I know people make mistakes, but good grief, just help and teach your employees, don’t belittle them. Update 6 Dec 2023: This food made me sick to my stomach and the crazy part is, some friends of mine told me the employees admitted to not switching out the oil in the restaurant. I was on the toilet for hours after eating this food! Skip it, don’t go, leave it alone! I’d eat McDonald’s before eating at this particular restaurant! Stay away!! I get it, it’s the end of the night or at least close to it and you don’t want to start any fresh food but it could deter future customers. I just got home to find a half a carton of a large fry and some bacon bits on my burger at 9:53pm....all for $11.57. Customer service was on point, very pleasant people but when I got home, the food was a 3.5 out of 10. Update…Wendy’s is at it again. Come on with this fry robbery! That’s a large in the photo! I paid 7 dollars for this! Not cool. I could of went to Mc Donald's if I wanted a simple burger. Burger has no mayo hardly has the tomato and lettuce. I will not be returning. Worst quality ever. I also ordered a potato and they gave me my bacon burn and so nasty smh. BTW there were no people waiting on orders
