I will never use Wendy's drive thru again! I'm not taking that risk. You better check your order or else you'll be disappointed when you get home. I ordered an apple pecan salad. The salad dressing was left out and the mixed greens were not fresh. Some were wilted and some were just old. I called the manager and explained the situation. She said I should come back and they would make a fresh salad for me whenever I wanted to. I told her I would be by the next day. I asked if she would be there and she said yes. I returned the next day and I was told she was off that day. I hate being lied to. That salad cost me almost $10 and a waste of my time and gas. This Wendy’s never has it together. Anytime I order from here they are out of stuff such as the frosty mix or there frosty machine is “down”. Won’t be coming to this location anymore. Just get disappointed everytime and it’s a waste of time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

From order to receiving my food I waited 25 minutes! When I got to the window to receive my food I waited for about 5 minutes before the cashier opened the window only to offer me the wrong drink. Another 10 minutes of waiting another cashier comes to the window only to insult me by asking did I pay with cash or card and then said I'm trying to see if you paid. Then I waited for another few minutes before I got my food. When I finally did get my food the fries that you guys are bragging about we're not even hot they were lukewarm my burger was cold only thing that was hot and delicious were my chicken nuggets, I will not be visiting this store anytime soon. Late night workers at this restaurant have a straight attitude. I went to this Wendy's last night and the person that was taking my order rushed my order. I said excuse me and she started yelling at me. I said why are you yelling and her and another person got on the speaker being mad disrespectful. That's not respectful or polite at all. As a manager your suppose to greet your customers first not answer with a attitude or have a attitude in general and I'm pretty sure the manger that was on duty didn't say nothing to them just let them be disrespectful to customers. Very unprofessional. You don't wanna be there go home instead of taking your frustration and aggravation on customers.
