This one this is one of the worst Wendy's in my area The food excels as they all do But this particular one of these is always understaffed, always dirty, and has a criminal atmosphere to it that doesn't make me feel safe 😔 Gone in there three times and walked out three times I will never go in there again I will gladly go to Denny's for a better experience and a better burger paying the extra $10. Placed online order, pull up to all mobile ordering spots all full, two without anybody's on it! Waited 11 minutes for my food after you said "Let us know when you arrive by checking in on our app or tapping “I’M HERE” below, and we’ll have your food out in less time than it takes to finish reading this email." And I watched as numerous people left the establishment. Are you thinking it takes people 20 minutes to read the email? Or? Went inside and they acted surprised I was picking up. Won't order here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location just had us park They claimed the french fries, weren’t ready well they serviced six cars behind us. They didn’t tell the guy who he's delivering the food to us so he walked around the store with my $50 order for 10 minutes so all of my food is cold!!!! The Store refused to take my Call. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. When I finally got the guy to give us our food, Showing proof of purchase he threw it at my son!!! It was clearly obvious that my son had three beverages in his lap that goes to three orders this guy had in his hand, but he couldn’t put that together…. He was sure we were there to steal some food. I was there today the person in the Drive thru washed his hands in the ice and then through back in the ice. Sick! I asked to speak to the manager, he didn't understand me, I just wanted them to get rid of the ice so customers wouldn't get that dirty ice . I didn't leave until I got results, the police came, I called the health department and I got a recording saying they were in a staff meeting for 40 minutes then the phone was just hanging up on me! 😡 I think no one's is caring about public safety! If there was a negative 5 stars I'd use it today. I don't like giving bad reviews. This one deserves it today! First they didn't give me my $3 key chain. No biggie...had to go back to get it. No problem...so I thought. The runt at the window didn't try to be helpful. The GM general manager next to him was being just as snotty. The guy at the window did that disrespectful thing with his lips...Tch...and tried to walk away. I said hey, do that again...he did! Tch....and slammed the window shut. Why?? For a $3 dollar key tag he forgot to put in my bag? So I asked for a manager. It was the same guy standing next to him. I said who am I able to talk to, because I knew with the GM's same attitude, he wasn't going to talk to or teach the other guy about being so disrespectful. I'm so tired of awful awful AWFUL attitudes and foul customer service in Federal Way. Seattle is not much better. I will never go to this particular Wendy's again. They are individually owned. Let's make them accountable. Wendy's next to Freddies near 260th works so hard at good service. Pay attention please. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This experience was the worst part of my day after thinking packing and moving was sure to be it. I spent close to an hour to get my order and be disrespected at the same time. The Wendy’s app is ridiculously frustrating. Had my order ready to submit while I was on my way to this location, half way there the app crashed. Pulled over to place order again and the app just didn’t work. I had to submit an order as a guest online.(means I didn’t get rewards) so I wouldn’t bother trying to order through their app. When I arrived, there was no line, everyone siding in had their orders. They have a screen that shows orders In progress and ready orders. I figured my name should show up on this screen if ready. I waited for at least 25mins until I checked with an employee just to find out that it has been sitting on the rack. Name did not pop up on the screen or called out. Finally looking through my order, they missed not only an order for 10 cookies but 4 sandwiches I ordered. When asked about my order the manager was sent to help me. Not only did she came by, an employee shows up behind her feeding her some candy(literally fed it to her) while helping me and another customer behind me waiting to order. I tell you this was very unprofessional and disappointing. She got the sandwiches and I watched her pack up the cookies. I made the mistake of trusting her only to get home and she gave me different varieties of cookies instead of what I ordered(chocolate chip cookies). This goes to show that the management doesn’t care about the customers and have zero respect for better service. The worst experience in any fast food I’ve ever had. my husband went to pick up our order under my name with proof of purchase with my name and email proof as well, the staff were arguing with my husband that it was not his order and they did not have the order when it was right there with my name on it and the order , the manager Hilda came out harrasing my husband ! and yelling at him that he needs to pay for it again and was trying to snatch the food away from him and was recording him! this is the worst service I will be reporting to HR! Wendy's has the best chicken sandwich and decent breakfast. Tried the nacho cheese burger and it was only ok. NOTHING like the picture/description. Fries really weren't good at all. Food: 1 Service: 4

Came in while I waited on a tire change. Even though the lobby was empty every table had some debris on it. From crumbs to dirty napkins. The staff were standing around playing on their phones. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
