This location has declined in quality and service quite dramatically in the pass year or so if not longer. I have been going to this Wendy’s ever since they built it out this way in BA many years ago and at one time it had been decent place for fast food. Now it’s worse than just fast food. Definitely not ever going to this one again. I’ve given it too many chances as is hoping it would of gotten better but it has just been the same or worse since I noticed a while ago. I actually love Wendy’s but had the worst experience today. I ordered my food online and selected drive thru to pick it up. There was no one in line but they immediately sent me to the online pickup parking space. I had to wait for a good five minutes. When the guy brought my food he had two sacks. He said he didn’t know which one was my sack so he took the wrapped hamburger out of the sack with his bare hands and opened it up see if that particular sandwich was mine with bacon. Then he dropped the rest of my food. So he handed me the partially unwrapped hamburger and went back in the store to replace the rest. Needless to say I was and am very dissatisfied. There was no receipt either. So I may or may not have the correct order. Who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️?

Wendy's has gotten expensive. It would be fine if their quality held up. Son of baconator combo and double cheeseburger combo... $26. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

It was a great experience, the afternoon shift staff was nice and quick with my order, and let me eat with a meal from another restaurant. Despite the meal only being a drink lol Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It was okay, the most of the workers where not using gloves or hair nets... they took atleast 20 minutes to make our food, mess it up and then fix it, they had another customer who got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger.. in the end we got our food and got out of there Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Gone twice to this location in the last week which was a mistake... first time I ordered some chili and got just a cup of soup nothing in it. Second time hoping they would be better I didn't get what I ordered even got someone else's cheap sandwich and small fry vs the Dave's double meal and chicken nuggets... I have vowed never to return to this wendys. With impressive consistency over many months, this location has given me an incorrect or incomplete order. On this most recent foray, I had to make my way past four other people attempting to have their ordered corrected. I suspected I was in for a let down when at the ordering station my order was correct on the screen for one sum of money, and when I arrived at the window to pay was told a totally different (albeit a lower) sum. My attempt at pointing this out still resulted in unsatisfactory results. I just can't any more with this location. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I found a dead fly in my fries I took a photo too HOW GROSS!!! Ordered online and was missing a couple meals. Checked bag and had sauce all over my food! They replaced what was missing but when I came home the quality of my food wasn't fresh and wasn't very good. For almost 30 dollars youd think I would atleast get fresher fries.
